It's offers a complete suite of options including file cabinet, integrated chat, call tools, presentation tools, manuals, document handling tools etc. However, the best part is pricing - Zoho offers many products at a fraction of the cost charged by competitors.
Zoho is little stingy in offering storage. e.g. 100 GB for enterprise edition is simply not sufficient. Also, the user interface needs to improve as it is sometimes difficult to figure out where a relevant tool is and how to use certain tools in tandem.
Connecting with my peers and working on real-time projects. It has enabled us to work more efficiently, making team work smooth, systematic and coherent. Affordablility of the package is also a big plus.

Due to Covid we are able to conduct our classes online but we are still in our testing phase as we don't have enough number of students.
I have been using Zoho CRM and Zoho email/meeting and other tools. I was looking for a quality solution that is light on the pocket as we are a start-up. :). I have used multiple other emails and virtual meeting solutions and Zoho has exceeded my expectation. setting up meetings/webinars is easy with all the controls necessary to manage the meeting.
It offers what i need so nothing to comment here.

Como herramienta Zoho Connect me es útil como herramienta para conectarme a través de foros con otras personas que se encuentran en otros espacios. Al integrarlo con otras herramientas como Zoho CRM y Zoho Projects puedo también hacer las labores de respaldo o sincronizar eventos con el calendario de Google. Puedo realizar vídeos conferencias en los foros es un aspecto muy útil para servirte en tus equipos de personas para desarrollar programas. En fin las series de ventajas es que podemos distribuirnos los trabajos entre todos y hacemos seguimiento por este medio, pudiendo trabajar desde nuestros hogares si así lo eligiéramos.
lo que no me gusta es paquete premiun me parece muy alto y la aplicación móvil pudiera mejorar mas, de resto apruebo otros beneficios de los que me he apoyado.
Actualmente me ayuda a mantener un canal de comunicación optimo en el trabajo permitiéndome la oportunidad de crear grupos de empleados no importando si están en otras sedes y poder compartir ideas, información, temas de trabajo. Con esta herramienta he creado grupos para intercambiar ideas de programación y sirve como un mecanismo muy fluido para trabajar y posteriormente unir los desarrollos de software.
I really like the manuals feature where you are able to create standard operating procedures with ease and share them with specific colleagues and groups. I also love the video conferencing feature that also allows scheduling. The learning curve is very steep and it's easy to implement in teams. It's very simplistic in nature and that's what makes it great.
Zoho Connect has been really fantastic, so it is rather hard for me to list many negative points about it. The only limitation is that sometimes people have to face difficulties during it's set up and it lacks the ability of documentation.
Zoho Connect gives us the ability to create and assign tasks to different team members. I have integrated a zap to track my social media shares as well in the calendar view and it works amazing. It is one of the best ways that people can collaborate with their colleagues and it has fascinating features that made it famous including likes, comments, sharing ideas, discussions and such. Our productivity has gone up tremendously and people are more aware of ongoing activities at any given time. There is less time wasted with back and forth messages and searching for needed messages in a variety of places such as emails and local file folders and documents.

Together this software is incredibly easy to use, it is very intuitive and has enough features to make it worthwhile to use it. What is also excellent is the integration with other tools such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects for scraping tasks or Google calendar to synchronize events. It's very simplistic in nature and that's what makes it great, it also offers me communication style social networks, internal communication by e-mail reduced, ability to track tasks, calendar of events, connect with third-party tools.
There are some peculiarities with which I am not happy because you can not edit the posts of the forum of other members, only yours. It is helping me keep the project going. I use Zoho Connect mail so that my work email is deleted from my personal email and works very well.
