It is a really useful tool that works perfectly for the collection of statistical data according to opinions of our commercial service, employment surveys and even knowing any employment information that I want. It has the necessary features to take the proper surveys, good templates and highly customizable formats, plus I can add a variety of questions, audios, videos, and images. After being able to carry out the surveys, the same tool helps me with the respective analysis, preparing detailed reports, to carry out an adequate follow-up.
Sometimes I run into coding errors and the glitch did not allow the survey to flow properly, however we realized it was our mistake and quickly went to customer support who provided quality service.

I am a big user of Zoho products and services and Zoho Survey is one of them, so I don't have to separately sign up for an account just to use it, my zoho email credentials works flawlessly with it. I like best the almost fully customizable feature of Zoho Survey, we can change the layout, the colors, add logos to make it our own etc which other survey tools out there limits. If you are running late and needs to do a quick survey, it is never a problem since there are hundreds of templates to choose from which would definitely fit your immediate needs. The drag and drop feature of questions but customizable variables it just fantastic. And nowadays, we are very into qr codes, imagine we can and run the survey thru qr codes. Also it can be easily embedded on our website or knowledge portal, and even on social media. And the analytics is just power! I love it. It makes things so much easy not just when creating a survey but even after getting the data and hearing others.
I have personally not done so many surveys, but I have made quiet a few in the past year and so far, I have no complaints when it comes to using Zoho Survey. I just absolutely serves its purpose and works for me and our company. Sorry to disappoint others who may be looking for the cons or disadvantages or things not to like, but I can't enumerate any at the moment. It works great for me, which I am sure for others as well.

Every now and then, especially in the our department, operations, we implement many things every now and then, and many times, we have to know some statistics, get some data, or simply just need to hear ideas and thoughts from others to better serve our customers and clients and even internally. With Zoho Survey, we are able to do them all smoothly and easily. Zoho Survey has helped us to implement new products and services by getting information, demographics, etc from our customers thru surveys done using zoho survey. Last year, at the early stage of the pandemic, we were able to prepare well and also serve most of our employees thru internal surveys. Zoho Survey is such a great tool of communication and getting information from people whom you could not easily reach thru email. The qr code fature of cascading surveys across is just awesome!

It is very straightforward to use, it incorporates very easy design. It permits the survey designer to check all queries on one page with the choice of inserting a matter of any sort anyplace within the survey. It has a range of surveys that are customizable and free to use. The free version allows 15 questions to be included in survey. It can take upto 150 responses in free version. Publishing the survey is also very easy process. It is cost effective and works on various devices like PC, Laptop and Mobile.
The premium version is quite expensive compared to other options. It can be time consuming to get used to if you have not used the software before. It is very difficult to extract all of the individual responses of the survey. The customer service is not satisfactory. It takes a lot of time to get feedback from customer support. The surveys don’t have custom graphics theme options as compared to others.
It is a great product for small organisations or individual surveys. You can integrate this software with other application like Zoho CRM. Everybody who is using the CRM can see the responses and results within it. It helps us to get useful information to find out what type of job needs to be done. We can use the software on smartphones and it also has the ability that allows us to work in offline mode. It’s intuitive interface and capability can save lots of money for the organisation.

Zoho Survey is truly one of a kind. We use it extensively to gather feedback from both customer and internal employees, customizing each survey with the ready and easy to use plug and play tools from the UI. The choice of templates are truly flexible and very easy to understand, be from the creator's perspective and the survey participant. What we get is a highly responsive survey that would be able to adapt seamlessly to any platform from which opened from. If anything. i have personally tried various online platforms and Zoho is still one of if not the best out there.
The trail period is kinda short. Granted, a subscription would be the end goal but for it to drag out longer and to let new users actually conduct and finish one survey routine would be a great testament for continued usage.
Zoho templates and various plugins are what sets them apart from others. Our company needed a way to collect survey answers in a way that we could segment them into area and also collate multiple responses within each question.
