They surveys are easy to create, easy to use and look good.
I wish there were better ways to customize the design of the survey. Maybe I didn't look as carefully, but I didn't see a way to change a whole lot.
The ease of creating surveys has been very helpful for my company. We're using Zoho Survey to create a customer satisfaction survey for a client of mine. They loved how it worked and that it was so easy for their clients to review their company.

I realized the Zoho survey is one of the finest survey in universe.
I was able to create an online assessment form that links directly to my website so all my users have to do is click and fill it out. There were plenty of customizable templates and colors to use that creates uniformity with your unique brand.
I didn't see many downsides to Zoho survey.
I no longer have to send my clients forms via email in order to receive pertinent information. I just send them to my website and they fill out the form. No faxing and no printing.

Little bit lag in the service some time but It does not require any amendment base on the function needs to check the network troubleshooting. May be its server side can perform better than now. So always its a good features and service.

Zoho Survey was easy to use and set up. The possibility to not only configure the questions we wanted but also the look and feel for distribution was great.
On the downside as we began with the Free Enterprise trial once we got to 100 responses ( although it was clearly mentioned in the trial confirmation) we could only see the additional responses as a number which obviously pushed us to have to either consider limiting our sample size or pay to accept additional responses.
I has been a great tool not only for the creation and distribution of our surveys but for the cross validation of variables.
I loved to use this one because it is directly integrated with the ZOHO Customer relation management. I would like to use all the Zoho product at single account access.we have the option to pick a work environment on the tremendous set of tools support. It is more user-friendly. Easy to use. We can customize the form as per our need.so we can get so many responses. Forms are simple and you can add tags and prepopulate a name field also.
Sometimes, facing difficulty in formatting text. I felt that in the basic system there is question limitation for using this tool. I have faced an issue with integration with google sheets. Helps to collect data and stratifying it very much. I especially like to say about the integration with Google Spreadsheets. I loved most.
Good analytics and lots of help files are there. It helps to understand the areas of the problem easily. It has plenty of themes. Also, have a customized one. The user interface is simple and flexible and even a layman can work easily with this one. Our primary goal here is to have the responses integrated with the leads module that we have on CRM.
I love how easy it is to set up survey's on Zoho and that anyone can take the survey's with great results. They give you a variety of options on how to set up your survey and the max number of people you would like to take the survey.

I dislike the process. In all honesty, I wish that I could just hire someone to create apps for me, but that is not always possible. The process does take quite a bit of time to endure, but it is worth it in the end for a customized finished product.
