I like that it's designed for the average user and not programmers. The User Interface is friendly, functional and helpful.

Nothing so far! I installed and set it up in a few minutes. I created a form, have entries, etc.

I dislike ContactForm7 and other plugins I've been recommended in the past. WPForms is much easier and faster.

WPForms is the best contact form for WordPress. Lots of flexibility, easy to-use and powerful features. I've been using it in various ways for several clients with different needs, and it has worked really well.

I think the design function for the form could be a bit better and easier to use. It's ok, but I think that it could be improved. Other than that, I don't know anything I'd like to change.

The main problem it has solved is that different people at companies get the emails based on what the customer selects in the contact form. This is a great feature that clients ask for.

May be somr spam forms come and its difficult to me to set up captcha.

I like all the addons. I will have clients ask me, "Can we do ...." And I haven't had to tell them no yet. It can do a lot of things and if I've needed help with something their tech support was always quick to respond.

Not much that I dislike. I would maybe say it would be neat if we had more visual styling options but that can be done with CSS. I would love to see a Quiz version of WPForms in the future.

I use it for my clients' websites. There isn't a website I've built that doesn't use WPForms. Each client has their own needs and types of information they want to gather. The benefit is that the form can do a large variety of functions to meet those needs.

It is lightweight, and simple to create the forms. And there are lots of features to assist in form development.

It is not that easy to change the style without css knowledge. But there are lots of references from the internet.

It has a feature for creating a fake chat form. I like it, and hope that they are able to do more support for the android mobile version.

The one downside to WPForms is if you want to get really deep in the customization (maybe to match the styling of your site), you're going to have to know CSS and implement it manually.

We have lots of clients who wanted to get information about their users and this form does more than that. The form even allowed the users to upload documents in relation to the information provided for validation purposes.

There are many form template options to get you started. Even if you have to start from scratch, the form builder is fairly easy to figure out. Then, if you know a little CSS, it's pretty easy to target the different items and change them to your liking. It also works well with many page builder programs like Elementor.

It can be a little difficult to find the correct items to target when trying to customize a form with CSS. It would be great if there was a Custom CSS section for every form, and it would be great if there was a way for you to show what the different objects class or id names are so that the user can target them quickly in the Custom CSS section you're going to build.

It helps to connect with leads on getting work, for whatever business it's being used for. It can help you to stay in contact with your leads, or current customers, since they can leave you a message using one of the forms.

I am implementing several client projects and although until now I have come to buy a license before with the free version of wpforms it has served me perfectly, however I wanted to expand the panorama a little more in terms of functionalities which I wanted to bet on buying yes I know that I it will go well

Works fantastic. Would like to see WPForms implement some functionalities that are seen in their competition, such as graphs and front end form re-submissions.

Instead of Zapier, it would be great to see direct integrations with other WordPress plugins.

No other solution would fit my needs better - I tried Formidable, Gravity, Ninja, JotForms. I am primarily using hundreds of images as checkbox fields for users to select their favorite images. Then extracting the data and using it externally to deliver the final service via my website.

The ease of use for a beginner, and the ability to be nimble with the media and content types of forms used.

WPForms allowed me to create custom registration forms for my different product offerings. They match the design of my website and look very professional. I can even accept payment with the Stripe Integration. My customers LOVE it!

You do need to know a little css to do some of the more complicated customizations. I would also love to see more functionality for the Subscription option with Stripe. Stripe has a ton of useful features for subscriptions, and it would be great to be able to use these through my wpforms.

I love that I can accept payment, create stripe subscriptions, add users to a MailChimp list, and send an automated confirmation all through the app. It works well and looks well designed on my site.

Lack of accessing all the forms for small businesses who can't afford the bigger subscriptions.

They allowed me to crest forms that allow my customers create accounts and book appointments without having to learn a lot about how to create one by hand.
