I like that I can create and design good looking surveys. I also like the skip logic options.
Some of the graphics don't completely show when viewing from mobile view compared to the desktop view.

The versatility of the design elements is excellent, and we love the logic mapping within the polling/survey. It can attach itself to our CRM for a hyper-personalized experience for the user is so important.

I like the ease of use and accessibility for our clients. I think that having easy access and a form that re-renders to any device quickly is super helpful and important.
The logic and flow is a little wonky. Also, the product has nag-ware features that encourage paid sign ups, and they have recently been trying to migrate more free users into the paid plans by downgrading old forms and features/.
Feedback loop is much tighter when we can get real time responses from clients. We also like the integration into our work flow systems. Finally, I think customers think we care more about them when we ask these questions.

What I like the best about Typeform is that I'm able to create any form with a template that I can easily follow. Typeform does not need any design skills to be able to create a form, you can easily create a form through a template.

Type form is extremely straightforward when it comes to building forms, while still allowing flexibility and customization for specific use cases. My favorite part of Typeform is the integration with Asana, so I can directly add in a new task from a Typeform response.
They have shifted around their pricing plans a bit in the past year, but other than that, I haven't had any real issues with the Platform or any of the functionality.

It is simple to build a new form, add new questions, and style the Typeform how you want to. Easy to share and embed on any website. I love how it shows how long it will take you to complete a form if you enable that and the workflow itself so it shows one question at a time, making completing a form seem simple for anyone we ask. Also, appreciate the fact it integrates with Zapier.
Because of how typeform questions are styled long questions can at times seem cumbersome for someone to answer only because you really have to scroll to see all the information.
We are using it as an inbound form for anyone who wants to volunteer with us or donate physical items to our organization. Since it connects with Zapier, we are then able to build some automated workflows connecting with the people who have shared their information.

Data export is difficult - Comparing it to google forms. Your data from Google Forms is already available in a spreadsheet, and exporting it is as simple as clicking a button. However, Typeform requires a few extra steps and the awareness of where to look for it. When compared to Google Forms, the fee is a little higher.
The need to capture information was just a pain to me as we as a team had to mail individuals for information. Right now, the process is automated, and all I have to do is just monitor.
