I like that customers can get hold of agents via a live chat service. This helps speed up any issues customers may have so that we can resolve it as soon as possible rather than relying on email.
It is hard to say there is anything I dislike about the service as I genuinely have no problems or issues while using Tidio

The UI is really clean and I like the fact its a separate website away from WordPress as this can be slower.

Not quite clear on what is not going to be in the free trial or even a paid level once the 7 day trial is up.

The absolutely best feature of Tidio is the ability to contact a customer at any time while they are on the webpage while having the information about what pages have they visited, where they are right now and additional information about their location + how long they have been on the website. For the sales team, it gives great insight and an instant approach angle to start a conversation. You can also see if the visitor is new or returning.
For the purposes that we are using Tidio for, there is actually not much to dislike. From a developers point of view, it is a third party code that affects the performance of the website a little bit, but that is inevitable.
Tidio helps get a better angle on customers that are weighing up their purchase decisions. Often people go and have a look at products on the website, but then leave to browse competitors. Tidio gives us the chance to proactively start a conversation and create a human aspect in online sales boosting sales.
The price is significantly more affordable than the other options we've looked at so far. The chatbot programming was a little confusing at first, but once you get past the brief learning curve, it's all fairly self-explanatory. The desktop app is helpful. It's got the features we need without the bulk of unnecessary things.
The learning curve seems reasonable, but it took a bit to figure out where everything was. I wish we could hide some of the add-ons like email marketing to clear the clutter since we don't do that from in here.
We're trying to engage prospects. We're just getting started, so time will tell how effective it is as a sales tool.
