There is nothing so far that I dislike about SurveySparrow.
We are trying to understand the potential demand in a new market for software solutions that we are developing.
The customer support by the SurveySparrow team is awesome as they were available always with suggestions and support.
I want get into some targeted audiences to the survey and I wanted to get the cost for it, there is no automated cost calculation provided in the system. And the mobile environment support is limited.
I was a able to create a survey to get some valuable feedback about my project from random people. I got done by Surveysparrow and the dashboard given me a great outlook on the responses that I got

I am using SuveySparrow at work for customer and employee satisfaction surveys. It is very easy to use and I love the design of it. It doesn't take long at all to create new surveys.
The only downside would be limited free features. But there are enough free features to try it out first.
We have no other simple and cost effective options for these surveys, for SurveySparrow is really helping us to create surveys to send to customers and clients alike
I like the general interface design. Its easy to use, and very fast. And the design of the survey is also easy to use, for the people that answeres the questions.
For user which do surveys a few times a year, maybe there could be a payment method for each survey separately. This would be very useful for beginners , I believe.
I used the app for a fair event, to collect information one time. Also I tried it as a inner survey for my company during the yearly performance meetings. Both times I was a happy user.

We are still learning the layout of the Survey Sparrow program, but we have not found anything yet that has not worked well for our customer feedback survey.
