Survey Monkey is the leading free survey platform that helps many organizations create and analyze surveys. We can make use of Survey Monkey’s tools which enable us to create surveys quickly and get meaningful reports. It also helps us to complete the survey using templates and post them on various social media platforms.

Survey Monkey does not allow customization for form/design for the free plan. It could not send reminders to just individuals, not an entire group, and could not sort receipts by date sent. UX needs some improvement. It does not integrate well with other Survey programs.

We use Survey Monkey to create surveys using many question types, including multiple-choice questions, the scale, drag and drop, graphical rating questions, etc. Survey monkey helps to present the most relevant questions to the respondents, apply logic and customize the survey path depending on the respondents’ answers. Using survey Monkey to make it interesting for participants while collecting customer or employee feedback. We can generate statistical and analytical reports to analyze Survey Monkey’s results and apply filters on the question, location, custom variables, etc. we can export raw data in Spread format and reports in commonly used formats. Share these reports on social media as well as collaborate with the team

I really like the UI of SurveyMonkey. It's super easy to use and creates a great user experience for surveying others.

It would be beneficial if you could embed your surveys in a wider variety of platforms. For instance I have not been able to embed it on a website for a permanent duration of time.

Survey Monkey helps me to obtain data that can be difficult to talk about. For instance, if I have to gain the opinions of board members, take votes, or make difficult decisions and want the input of those involved, this allows me to do so without putting anyone in an akward position.

It is very useful because it allows us to create forms to find out the experience in general or the opinion of our clients or even within our work environment with our collaborators. The last use we gave it was to carry out a 360 evaluation since it is important to know the opinion of our collaborators and clients alike

What I might not like is that the most complete account or form templates are paid and sometimes it has happened to me on 2 occasions that we have not been able to use them even after buying them because when you open the templates in the end it ends up not being what we need , but in general it is a very good tool

Free plan doesn't has all the features. For students it becomes a bit difficult to correlate the data. Once switch to paid version, it has no issues
