I love survey monkey I feel this is one of the best survey software out there. The setup process is very fast and seamless.

I have not paid for survey monkey because the pricing isn’t pocket friendly. They are few features available in the free trail

I love the fact that it's very easy to create surveys quickly. The UI is very intuitive, which means the process is speedy - very important when your time is a a premium. We use it frequently as a data-gathering tool.

We typically use the free version of SurveyMonkey; I wish the features were a little more robust for the non-paid version, but I understand why they're not. Still a good tool, though.

SurveyMonkey is a great data-gathering tool. The fact that we can create surveys quickly is probably the best feature, as time is always at a premium for SMBs and small agencies. The data insights are great for campaign planning.

Survey Monkey makes polling so much easier and less stressful than other methods. I love how the results are displayed in a very usable way. I have also found that my response rate increases greatly when I use Survey Monkey over a traditional "respond directly to this email" approach.

In a lot of ways, SurveyMonkey really set the standard for me in survey creation. I started using it as a psych undergrad student, continued as a research assistant, further used it as an admin assistant at a high school, and would continue to use it now if I had to send anonymous surveys to clients of mine. I've never had an issue with it.

There were some things that SurveyMonkey didn't do well when I was looking for highly specific functions as a research assistant, but for my day-to-day and professional use now (as a psychotherapist), I don't have any complaints. I haven't used it with clients, but I'd be curious - if I did - about encryption and IP address tracking opt-out.

Quickly and easily gather data from all stakeholders with the opportunity for limited anonymity. I can get a sense of where everyone stands on various issues without having to gather and analyse qualitative data from multiple sources.

I don't really think there's a lot - I don't actually have any existing or ongoing issues with SurveyMonkey and the app is pretty easy to use. If I have an issue I just Google it.

We consistently use survey monkey at work to gather information on what coworkers think anonymously. It's easy to use. Anybody can use it with little instruction.

The one disadvantage I have found is that the surveys in some cases require a significant time to load and sometimes a survey page freezes. I additionally wish that there were more choices for modifying the look and feel of the survey that we create using this software.
