Having Streak integrated directly in the inbox lends itself well to being able to use it for all sorts of processes. For example, I've used it for event signups, keeping track of research interviews, and as a more traditional CRM. It's also great to see them continually push new features and updates as often as they do - always adding value, but hardly ever removing features.

I feel the pricing structure is a bit high, especially for a startup. It would be great if there was a plan that was in-between the free plan and the first paid plan that allowed features such as call notes and Zapier integration. Another option would be to have a "startup" plan for teams of 5 or less. It's also disappointing that they removed their email snooze functionality for users of the new Gmail interface. That was a UX gem and removing it took the snooze functionality back quite a bit (though I assume this was done as part of Gmail's terms of service?)

For us, it's really about keeping processes in check. We are currently using it for a alpha-user pipeline and it's incredibly useful to keep everyone on the team on the same page.

- No option to send bulk emails to a set of users (some in 'to' and some in 'cc') - Can not edit a mail merge after creating it. I make some edits and save it, but it does not get saved. It should not even allow me to edit it if it is not going to change it. - Setting email sending times should be easier and their integration with timezones should be easier too.

- Sending emails to users to get feedback from them on email. - Sending emails to some users to schedule calls with them to get feedback. - Sending emails to users to inform them about changes in the app, new feature releases, etc. - Any bulk emails we need to send from a team email ID.

Intuitive and easy to use, set-up and maintain. Good price for a very powerful CRM

Updates aren't as quick as I'd like, however, they do listen to feedback and keep you abreast as to whether feedback will be implemented

Streak is an ideal tool for all types of companies that want to simplify CRM activities, I love that I can use my own gmail account, and use it in my work, without needing anything else, just install the add-on and you're ready CRM in your email, your cost is also very good, and can be used by any person or company, you can provide customer support in gmail, facilitating communication with people, who want to contact us with your email account, this simplifies a lot of sales and all kinds of support, I love it.

The free version does not work, try to try another personal email, which I do not use at work, but I would like to use Streak there too, but it is not the same, it does not have the same features as the paid version, I do not understand why they offer a free version, if it does not work at all, I could not do anything with this application, I do up to a different configuration, in conclusion, I could not use it, like my work, this seemed pretty bad, it's better than Do not offer a free version, and better be clear, and say that you should buy and nothing else.

For a company this is an ideal investment, since low cost can have a professional CRM in a free Gmail account, open many costs, and the difficulties of installing a CRM, which can be a desktop software, or in the cloud, here you only need your gmail account, install the add-on pay and order, you can contact your customers, solve support problems and all kinds from gmail.

I have found that anything that takes me out of Gmail or Linkedin is a waste of time. The problem is that most CRM's don't allow you to spend time in the one or two places you need to be spending time. I forgot how I came across streak, but this is by far may favorite tool for building and managing business (Sales Nav account and lead search is a close second!). I used the free version and found it be OKAY. Nothing great i.e. it didn't feel like it was much use. Mostly used it for sales processes. The creation and tracking of leads is cumbersome. Moreover, the inbox feels a bit crowded once you download this app.

Currently using the Free version to manage projects, sales, logistics, and a social media editorial calendar. The features for the Free version are great. It is not 100% smooth-sailing, but there is so much you can do with this CRM.

A cost-effective CRM to start with. Easy integration with other regular communication platforms.

At scale, managing leads is a nightmare. Not at all user-friendly.

I think Steak is a great add on, but all of my tasks have disappeared and I have sent two messages to support, but I am yet to receive a response. It's really frustrating to first lose my tasks, but even more frustrating is that I have not received a response from Streak. I have recommended so many of our clients to Streak already and I feel very guilty as I am now experiencing this problem.

As I said it's a great app, and it works very well, but I am still stuck at the moment because I have lost all my tasks. I am hoping somebody will eventually get back to me and possibly be able to retrieve my tasks, but in the meantime, I am having major anxiety as I do not have a copy of the tasks that I originally transferred from Trello.

With Streak I can easily keep track of leads, schedule emails to be sent at the right time and date and make sure my email campaigns are reaching as many people as possible. Also I can easily customize each email for each recipient with its mail merge feature. Streak has truly revolutionized how I work!

maybe customer support could be more responsive and better... also price could be more lower :) pro version and pro+ is kind of expensive and enterprise price is too much :)

Streak integrates into my existing workflow and making it so much easier to manage leads, and schedule and send mass emails. Furthermore, its lead management system is incredibly powerful, allowing me to see all of my leads from Gmail in one convenient place and increase my outreach and engagement.
