One of the things I didn't like was only being able to schedule one Instagram image at a time, however, this has recently been updated and is now possible. My accounts do drop out and need to be reconnected quite a lot.
Managing all of our clients different social media needs very easily and efficiently, it's great to see all of our scheduled posts in one place and it is very satisfying.
I love how simple it is to use Social Pilot! Since I work in marketing, it is so easy to bulk create social media posts and just schedule them a month ahead of time!
The only thing I don't love is that I can't post multiple photos to our Instagram account. I often post multiple pictures per post and it works for pretty much every social account except Instagram!
Benefits include saving me a lot of time and energy on posting to multiple social media accounts at once. It would be so difficult to go to each account and individually post.
Very good instrument for my SM team. Great support, very responsive. They are listening to the community and updating their features on regular bases. Love how easy it is to structure my client accounts into the groups, and how easy to copy posts into other accounts.
Would be great to have an option to schedule Stories as well.Other than that I'm happy with all features, prices and service

Integration with social media accounts is very much easier than any other software. It also provides real-time stats and you can set auto-reply on the comments. The best part is one time integration failure is not there like other apps.
There is nothing much on the dislike side but there is a scope of improvement in the Mobile app they can increase the features in the app so it can be too handy to use
One post on all the social media platforms without a delay and scheduling the weekend post made it easier. It also gave us tracking of negative comments and fraud links in comments

SocialPilot is incredibly easy to use! I have used several other tools and this is one of the easiest to learn and jump right in with. Of all of them, it is also the most cost-effective.
The reports are not quite as robust, but 85% of the information I need is there --- and it takes me less than 5 minutes to grab the other info from some other place. I still say it's well worth the cost.
SocialPilot is great because it allows me to manage social media for my company and four other small clients. It's perfect for small businesses or small agencies.
Social Pilot has really useful, easy to navigate functionality. It doesn't try to second-guess my every keystroke like some other scheduling tools and enables me to just get on with my job. The generous account/channel allowance means that for a small business with many brands, the platform is ideal. The feed-posting and curation functions are really cool. Technical support is always quick, helpful and polite and the staff are always willing to consider new developments for the future. The latest updates have brought a fresh look and feel to Social Pilot, and it appears to be more stable and bug-free than ever before. I usually recommend this product to other marketing and social media managers as a great way to keep content flowing.
If I have to pick bones, it would just be that there is no feature for monitoring and interacting with social streams (like you can with Tweetdeck/Hootsuite etc) but I can still make use of other software for that, so it's not the end of the world. The only other gripe would be the new features that seem to be appearing that I don't have access to as part of my current subscription, but that's to be expected as a product grows up and there's more than enough to keep me entertained at the level I have!!!
It gives me one central place to manage all the social accounts I have, enabling me to schedule a week or month's worth of posts in just a few hours. It has meant that we are able as a small business to have a big social media output, with genuine opportunities attributable to what people have seen on our channels.
The amount of social accounts you can link to Social Pilot in comparison to competitors is absolutely fantastic. The pricing is also very very competitive. Would highly recommend it.
Not being able to post carousels is something i feel would make SocialPilot part of the elite social schedulers available. In addition to this, i'd love to be able to download a calendar with all the posts scheduled to send to our clients.
Being able to schedule fundamental posts months in front, means that we can put more thought into off-the-cuff posts. So if there are general posts we would like to put out per day and then something current happens all of a sudden, we don't have to worry about planning our general posts and can concentrate on being as current as possible with our posts.
The simplicity and ease of use. The price is great too for small businesses and start-ups. Without Social Pilot, I am not sure what I would do. They have given me so much social media power, efficiency and all at a low cost.
Honestly, I love everything about Social Pilot. LOL maybe if it could be free or if it included more social media platforms as well.
Quickly getting out marketing material to many social media sites so I have a voice for my biz n the internet.
The fact I can schedule LinkedIn carousels in advanced. Lots of platforms say they do it, but it's still done via a notification whereas this works 1000%
I would love to be able to group accounts for a report (e.g link together my clients different social channels in to one report instead of separate ones)
It's such a time saver and easy to use for scheduling. It's a really affordable solution and I looked at everything in the market. I'm a small agency and it's helped so much!
I am posting for around a dozen businesses and I was using another supplier. Now I pay half the price and get better results. Great interface and import-export function too.
I am hoping one day they have a post library where I can recycle my posts but, to be honest, it takes less than 5 minutes to set them up manually.
I like to post daily to FB pages and Google Maps. Not a lot of software offers that option.
Easy to post across multiple platforms in one go. Really like the new 'Preview' mode so you can see what your post should look like on each platform. Is by far the best value compared to other similar competitors
Nothing to dislike. From time to time get errors when posts are scheduled but it is usually a case of the account getting disconnected so takes no longer than 30 seconds to get everything up and running again.
We manage around 30 social media accounts for our franchisees, which we post content on daily. SocialPilot is the most cost-effective way to do this, other providers usually have very high costs to add more than 5 social accounts.
I have used social pilot for the last 3 years and this platform has everything I need. I appreciate how well they communicate and how well the software has grown. The analytics is straight forward and easy. The inclusion of Instagram has been an added welcome that we enjoy and I would stay with them. The ability to monitor my team and easily use the platform is what I am enjoying. The platform makes it easy to onboard new hires and I can manage anything I want from my account. The pricing is also reasonable and keeps me happy.
The user experience. Our team finds moving in and out of accounts, applications, and platforms easy. What we wanted in a social tool was exactly what we got The onboarding was simple and our account manager was excellent.
The calendar monthly layout isn't as user-friendly as its competitors. The user view can be improved. What we like with our previous provider was the calendar setup.
Moving in and out of the platform while scheduling posts is great. The curated content is pretty good. We like shifting through it so we can schedule and share.
Ease of use is the best thing about social piolet, especially since the new update! That and the pricing and customer support!

I really appreciate how Social Pilot continues to evolve. They are frequently updating to accommodate changes to the various platforms, incorporate more ways of posting, and improve user experience.
Just like with any platform, there are occasional glitches. Social Pilot has always been quick to assist and address any issues.
I schedule over 500 posts per month which would be impossible without a system like Social Pilot. I also have others that work for me and clients that want to be able to view their posts before they go live. I'm able to add users, including clients, with varying levels of permissions.
All the best bits of social media scheduling in one software. Used to wish there was an option for post previews and this has just been introduced. Customer support very fast to respond and very helpful. Just great.
The only thing I think could be better is the 'groups' feature - grouped analytic reports across platforms would be very useful but this may be introduced further down the line.
All my scheduling for multiple clients in one place. And it's great to be able to pull an analytics report fairly easily for a specific time period. Tagging much easier via Social Pilot too than competitors I've tried.
