Being able to post to all of the platforms for all of my clients from one dashboard.

I think the dashboard could be slightly clearer when showing what social accounts you have selected to post to.

I need to post regularly to my own social media accounts and those of my clients. SocialBee allows me to do that easily and quickly.

SocialBee makes it easy and effective to schedule and analyze social media posts. The customer service is also excellent. I especially like how easy it is to reuse posts.

I wish it were better for Twitter, AKA X. However, that is not SocialBee's fault but Twitter's.

Scheduling and analyzing social media performance

Hands down, the customer service by SocialBee is the best I've encountered in the business realm. Prompt responses, they actually read carefully what I have to say, and go about finding solutions immediately. What I also like is that they have a great offering for the price. SocialBee is user-friendly, and while there are issues sometimes, they get taken care of quickly, as I mentioned before. I also love that they roll over already posted Tweets in the evergreen cycle by retweeting. This way no policies are violated and I get to keep my stuff in the evergreen cycle for Twitter without having to consistently change a word here or a word there to make it "unique" as is required for that platform.

Sometimes things are not entirely clear or understandable and I have to reach out to figure out what an issue is or why the program is doing what it is doing, but again, not a problem, because the folks at SocialBee are amazing!

Condensing my posts on social media into one stop for all is amazing. SocialBee isn't the only program or online service that offers this, but it outshines others I've tried. I love how many different settings there are!

Great price point, easy to use, connects straight to Canva, minimal errors.

SocialBee is incredibly easy to use. They have a simple yet detailed interface with loads of helpful features. The platform has made my weekly scheduling straightforward whilst providing useful metrics and data.

The old Twitter/X character limit is still in place - only a minor inconvenience.

I completely outsourced the creation of social media posts to SocialBee, as well as the engagement on social media. This gives me much more time to devote to my creative work as a photographer.

Of course, this service is not free. I have to weigh up which SocialBee services are within my budget and which are not. I would prefer to use all of them.

SocialBee knows how to create social media posts that appeal to people and trigger interactions and reactions. So I don't have to be a social media professional myself, and yet the posts improve brand awareness for my company.

I have used different social media management apps but only in SocialBee I have seen focusing around ques and thus I do not have to post again and again the posts that can be reused.

The price is a bit high. Still good value for money though.

I have customers from who I need to post messages that can be reused. On other such softwere I had to post again and again. In SocialBee I can just put it in the cue and it will be reposted again.

I like how you can categorize posts into folders and then associate them with each day. The way you can systemize scheduling with Socialbee is amazing. You can even set up automatic archiving of a post after a certain date or after posting it a chosen number of times. Another feature I appreciate is the analytics. I can easily see photos with the least and most engagement. The implementation was very easy, and I have been using SocialBee daily for more than a year.

I don't have any problems with SocialBee. That's why I chose them instead of competitors.

SocialBee is saving me so much time. I sit down once a month, schedule posts for my FB & IG, and I don't have to touch it for the whole month (sometimes even more). Of course, that depends on you. You can schedule it basically for the whole year :D

Saves us from having to hire a person dedicated to posting to social media. Marketing can now have direct control over content and timing.
