Muy sencillo de usar y con bastantes mejoras y métricas útiles para el seguimiento. Para el cliente también es cómodo de usar.

I decided to remove 1 star because of one significant aspect holding smartsupp back, is the ability to integrate with a Customer Relationship Management system. Just like any leads you receive via email, over the phone, or in this case, a live chat conversation through smartsupp - there should be the capacity to extract that data to a CRM so that it can be followed up with later on. Automation and data collection is very important. Crucial to any sales process is the consistency to follow up all conversations.

Od niedawna testuje aplikację Smartsupp i jestem pozytywnie zaskoczony. Aplikacja jest przystosowana pod stronę zbudowaną na Shoperze. Jest łatwa w zaimplementowaniu oraz w łatwy sposób można nowiązywać nowe konwersacje z klientami. Już są pierwsze efekty. Narazie jestem na TAK!
