Love having a complete platform where I can do keyword research, backlink health checks and market research. For a small marketing team, it certainly helps strengthen our strategies by providing insightful data. As our team grows and our strategies need to be more ellaborate, Semrush has allowed us to make key decisions that have been impactful and we 've been very successful in our SEO efforts.

I wouldn't say I dislike anything. Our team is very satisfied with what Semrush has to offer. It's been super useful and the platform is easy to use and navigate. I haven't encountered any inconveniences so far.

Time and again, Semrush customer support has quickly responded to our questions kept us working. They don't just send a link to an obscure page we have already not understood. They make sure they fully understand our questions and they demonstrate complete answers in our own account. I truly feel my team is supported.

Initially, it feels expensive. Sometimes, the various features feel a little disconnected. It's highly complex but we have definintely seen Semrush's continuous improvement for the tools and the overall interface.

Semrush provides a great, comprehensive digital tool for managing our clients' online presence. Each client has a different focus or priority, and Semrush lets us dial in just what we need.

There are a lot of tools and bits of data to dive into with SEMrush if you like to get lost in the sauce. Additionally, they have ways to make these insights more digestible with easy-to-understand reports. many of their reports include action items that you can then take and begin to implement. A few more notes on what I love about SEMrush: SEMrush's Content Tools - I use these on a weekly basis because they make it so easy to develop SEO-optimised pieces. Setup is a Breeze - If you have the information handy (domains, socials, GA4, competitors, keywords) you could get the tools set up in a day or two easily. Their Customer Service - The team always provides thorough and detailed feedback to help you understand, identify, and remediate the issue.

I wish there were more options to manipulate all of their data with filtering, time ranges, etc. so I could get more lost in the sauce. These may just be paid features that our team doesn't have. SEMrush also has a pretty steep learning curve. I took it and hit the ground running, picking everything apart because that's what I like to do with new tools. Some of my teammates have had a harder time because there is SO MUCH you can get into.

The competitor intelligence is game-changing because, with a little work, you can compare keywords, tracking, and authority among multiple of your competitors at once. We also have been able to create better SEO-performing content with all of their content tools and really nail down our ranking strategy. With all these tools we have been able to see a positive trend in our organic traffic since we began implementing these changes.

Semrush's solution is so in depth, there's almost no insight I can't find. It's easy to use and I love the Semrush Academy, which has made me a better content marketing professional.

Pricing is a bit high, but it's comparable to other industry solutions.

Semrush saves hours of my effort because it allows to do intense competitive research, their traffic analytics, their content strategy, source of organic traffic, and most importantly-- the keyword gap. I almost everyday use its 'keyword magic tool' and it gives fine results always. Although very rarely, but I also use on-page features of semrush such as for site auditing, seo content template, and the on-page seo checker. I only want to say one thing that semrush is a package full of advanced seo and content management tool. None of my work can be accomplished with Semrush and its simple to use. There's no complicated feature that needs users to have expertize in SEO.

Although, I use Semrush provided by our organization but I feel the pricing plans of Semrush is a bit high. Rest everything else is good to go!

Semrush helps me to search top-ranking keywords, allow me to analyze a lot of competitor's websites, provides me reference article for my keywords, and more. Plus, I recreate a lot of competitors' SEO and content startegy based on the insights and suggestions Semrush provides. Therefore, we do not have to spend hours in doing all these practice manually. Instead, Semrush do all the research and provide me details in minutes or even seconds.

Semrush is a grreat marketing tool and we are able to do a lot of our marketing work using it.

The dashboard can be a bit tricky to navigate when first starting out but there are pletny of resources to help with that.

I've used SEMrush for years at both small and mid-size companies and it indeed provides the best tools for the best values in terms of SEO tools. I have used others such as Moz, Ahrefs, and more and SEMrush always seems to beat them in features and pricing. I love they are constantly adding new features and for any issues I've had the customer support team has always gotten back to me promptly and with very detailed answers specific to my problems.

Sometimes the UX can be redundant or things are not where you would most expect them to be. They could sometimes do better at drawing more attention to new product features. There have been occasions when new features roll out and there's no mention anywhere, you just stumble upon it.

It offers a lot of different products within one software and there are a ton I don't even utilize. I love their new app store and how they are creating their own and working with third parties to offer even more options. They are expanding their AI offerings, which is very important in SEO and content marketing right now.

Semrush helps us to find potential easy to rank keywords that we can put under our content calendar in SEO. Also user friendly features like list managers let me save keywords to try them later or track their rankings.

A bit pricey platform to try but it is so far worth the ROI
