I used this mostly with my previous employer so that I could keep up with how many hours I was working since I was managing 4 locations. It was easy to use and it really helped in a final decision that I was in fact working too much. We tend to forget that even though we may be home we may still be working into the wee hours trying to play catch up. I wanted to get this set up with my current employer, however, they already have a system in place. The best part is you can track to see who is working, paid time off, and access to your time clock if you are an employee.

Really- there is not much to say in this category. The program is user friendly! To be honest I would love to ditch our current payroll program and utilize this program.

I like that I can clock in to work and out for breaks without having to fill out a time sheet or use a computer. I work at a location landscaping and it wouldn't be easy to clock in without this app

It doesn't prompt me if I forget to clock back in after lunch. It would be nice if there was a timer on there or it recognized daily trends

It cuts out the middle man, for example my manager does not have to input teams hours of work into a system as it is all done by the employee

I don't dislike anything in T-Sheets, it's widely used by our company.

The only thing I dislike about it is you have to wait up to 5 minutes before it clocks you in all the way

It's making sure people are where they're supposed to be when they say. I love that part.

It is a great peace of mind knowing that when I call in, I'll quickly be connected to a knowledgeable and friendly agent every time. I called in on a fact finding missing, trying to improve our crew hour tracking, and was connected to Pete who was able to walk me through multiple solutions. (Thanks Pete!)

There's not a lot that I dislike. It would be handy if there was a way to batch print out a hard copy version of the time sheets. On some Android phones, the gps feature can be a little buggy.

1.) Improved transparency: Tsheets has allowed us to have better visability of who is clocking in where. The GPS feature allows us to verify if our workers were actually on site (which we were not able to do previously) 2.) Improved hour tracking: Tsheets has improved our ability to track multiple kinds of hours (Shop hours, Harvesting Hours, etc) while maintaining a simplified platform for our employees.

The system is user friendly and makes payroll and job costing much quicker and much more accurate! I have been impressed with my interactions with Jake in your customer service department. He has been wonderful helping me get the most out of T-sheets and making use of all the options. Jake is patient and he listens when I am having an issue.

I had a few issues getting the most out of your available options, but Jake has helped me more than once navigating t-sheets and teaching me all it's capabilities.

Sometimes the app does not update right away making it look like I’ve worked two days straight. I have to open app and leave open for a few minutes for it to update and my boss to see I actually did clock out two days ago!
