It functions as the business does. Inventory, Purchasing, Invoicing Credits. Its the heart of the business. Also easy enough to jump into with minimal training.

It is so robust that without training you will not really be able to utilize to true scope of what this program encompasses.

Always backup the file!! it really is the center of our business and I cant see how we could function without it now.

Software is intuitive and easy to learn. Online support is very helpful.

Sometimes software does not auto populate most current JE number.

QuickBooks makes bookkeeping and accounting easy to manage, as well as keep everything at your fingertips. The software has tons of customizable report capabilities and the ability to synchronize accounts with outside vendors, thus creating the ability to log into one software and access all accounts and accounting information in one place. QuickBooks also function seamlessly with our builder/construction software making the management of budgeting and estimating quick and easy. The support community for QuickBooks is also fantastic!

The pop ups when manually downloading statement transactions, sometimes causes us to have to repeatedly get in and out of the account we're working on and re-download the statements. It's a minor annoyance, more so then a deal breaker. The software also sometimes struggles to communicate with outside software when trying to upload information from Quickbooks and usually has to be shut down and re-opened to get it to function.

QuickBooks is helping the company achieve automation, and organization of accounting by fully utilizing all of the features that QuickBooks has to offer.

Quick Powerful and being able to adjust the layout is pretty dope.

its a subscription based service now and you gotta re-up each year. WACK!

It helps Facilitate and track orders and inventory. you can export the item list and populate it in our Magento site. Very convenient.

I like that we can do literally everything in one place - bill clients, process credit cards, and build quarterly reports all in one place.

Anytime my computer goes to sleep, the version I have forces me to "Abort" the session I was in and log back in which can be frustrating.

It makes it easy to go over the Accounts Receivable and bill interest to the customers that are past-due. This has helped ensure that people start paying on time!

QuickBooks Enterprise is a great solution to any company. User friendly and great ability to track orders etc.

there is really nothing that we dislike from the QuickBooks program. Everything is great and user friendly. Could not run this company with out it.

We upgraded to quickbooks enterprise from pro to expand some of the options available to us. Though it has a few more, there still could be room for growth.

We find ourselved using other programs often to supplement some of the things quickbooks does not do.

Quickbook is good for business tracking performance. It is an accounting software but you can do a most job at work in SME or medium business.

There is no problem or complaint. it is suitable for small business and medium

We have been using this software for well over 6 years now and we never had any problems whatsoever. We use if to print checks and for invoicing purposes.

Lately we have noticed that the software is crashing a lot other than that no other issues.

It makes writing checks and managing accounts for different entities very easier.

I like the fact that all the users are interactive.

I dislike the network issues that may come about when it is on a company server.

I like bookkeeping a lot. Quickbooks makes it fun and easy. Not only that, but reconciling is easy too.

I dislike that they try to change it constantly so users have to take time out to figure out where things are.

We use quickbooks to maintain our books and prepare our financial reporting. We also use it to process payroll.

I like that this software is so easy to use for any user and any level. It has so much information online and in the help section if you do have a problem you can usually fix with out calling in. But actually they do not charge you a fee to call in anymore and you have an account representative that will literally help you with anything. I have recommended Quickbooks to several people that have businesses looking to change the software they use.

There is really not much I dislike I would about this software. I actually can not think of anything I dislike about it.

It has become the only software we need. This program does financial reports , Has spending and profit reports. We can make journals for everything and can enter in all miles and gallons needed for several states we report to. We only need on program and we only need 2 people to run the office now. It have saved us money in more ways then one.

I use this application on a daily basis. Since working with Quickbooks, I have had little to no issues with it!

It can be simple in certain areas and by that I mean it is somewhat juvenile.

Inability to access remotely without a Remote Desktop application.

Currently no longer using desktop but we were able to secure our data to finance only whereas we have had to now set in more security measures with QBO.

QuickBooks is an amazing tool for all things account and finance. Employee payroll is made easy and it is so simple to add any bonuses, holiday pay, etc. I LOVE how multiple accounts can be connected to a bank's online account to see recent transactions. Great for reconciling. I also used the end of the year checklist and it was a great help.

I have had to contact customer service a few times about updates. If you don't update the payroll items before you do payroll, it won't withhold any taxes from employees paychecks. This makes for a big mess. All that is done to warn against doing the payroll without updating is a highlight, it needs to be something much more obvious so that these mistakes aren't made.

The major business problem being solved is payroll and payroll taxes. There are many other benefits such as easily paying bills and being able to share accounts with other accountants.

The information presented is clear and easy to follow. The top dialog bar of different tasks make it easy to find what you are looking for.

Some of the functions does not always have the export capability to Excel that I wanted to do.

We utilize the system for Accounting process, specifically entering bills for Accounts Payables and cutting the checks.

QuickBooks is user friendly and has great reporting features.

It would be helpful at times to have multiple windows open side by side, for example to compare estimates and/or invoices side by side.
