I'd also like to call attention to the time tracking and online proofing tools, which are great for team efficiency. Overall, the product is valuable and cost-effective when it comes to task management. Pros: A simple, easy-to-use interface, especially for first-time users. Chat, announcements, conversations, and proofing are just a few of the amazing collaboration tools. To stay on top of deadlines, keep track of your time. Cons: I think ProofHub is a well-performing tool for task management, time tracking, collaboration, communication, and more. Like I mentioned before, there is nothing major that I dislike about ProofHub.

Proofhub is packed with collaborative features that are often only found in higher-cost enterprise options. Great value in ProofHub in keeping a remote team on the same page.

Slack chat integration would be a nice way to augment chat. We use Harvest and would totally tie into time tracking in Proofhub if it could talk to Harvest as well!

We primarily considered ProofHub to solve task-related problems. But what we found instead is an all-round solution. We have genuinely loved working with ProofHub. It offers a set of robust features that let us manage every aspect of work easily and collaboratively. Custom Roles, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, Calendar, Multiple Timers, Chats, Discussions, Files, Notes, Timesheets, Reports, and ProofIng are some of the most likable features of ProofHub. Additionally, it offers easy-to-use interface, multi-device compatibility and pricing packages that added value to our experience.

I am not a big fan of investing in too many tools. Although ProofHub currently offers easy access to many popular third-party apps such as Freshbooks, Google Calendar, iCal, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive—I wish it soon offers integartions for apps like Zapier, Zendesk, Pocket, etc.

The best thing about Proofhub is that if you consider the features that you get in Proofhub and the price of the various packages available, you’ll get to know that nowhere in the market would you get such a great deal.

There is nothing I dislike. The tool looks good, is simple to use and can be used from anywhere, anytime and from any device. What else would anyone look for in one great project management and collaboration software.

The foremost I would say is that, it helps to keep everybody on the same page. With teams scattered all around the globe, it helps us collaborate easily with each other in real-time basis. No one has to search for files scattered around places, there just one central place now to find everything and get things done. Then, we can easily track project progress and employee productivity with an inbuilt Gantt chart and make amendments before any discrepancies arise. Our business relations with our clients have been strengthened as we can add them to their projects, so that they can directly give their feedback or suggestions on the files itself and it also assures them that things are on track. All in all, it has lead to better planning, organizing and delivery of all projects running simultaneously.

The unlimited seats are for a fixed price.

The UI could be more easy to work with, but after some practice, it is fine.

The best thing about ProofHub is its customization possibilities. I don’t think that I have even managed to utilize half of its awesome features to my advantage. Be it tracking tasks, logging time, creating custom reports or customizing workflows, the tool lets us use it the way we want to. Customer success team is absolutely fantastic and ensures hassle-free walkover and quick resolution to any issue that you might encounter. Its flat-rate pricing ensures that you can grow your team as much you want to without incurring additional cost.

I won’t say I dislike anything about the product, but yeah there’ve been a couple of times when the tool developed technical glitches though it was sorted out so quickly that I didn’t get time to even fret and frown about it.

Our work was plagued by unorganized work, missed deadlines, unclear job responsibilities, and poor communication. Proofhub is definitely a very straightforward software that is very easy to use. The best thing I like about Proofhub is that it is compatible with my tablet so I can use it on the go. I like the interface and the features are mostly customizable. Affordable too. Simple, uncomplicated and affordable pricing tiers. Pretty good customer support.

I have noticed that Proofhub comes with very limited budgeting tools. It would be great if they could add some more.

Proofhub has made project management simpler than before for me and my team. For the price, it is a great software. I basically use it for everything about the project I am currently working on. Gives a quick snapshot of where my project is in terms of target vs actual data.
