I like ProjectManager because it has the ability to easily manage projects and collaborate effectively, it's easy to use and understand, I like that the reports are real-time and it integrates easily with Excel, its great to be able to monitor and share different projects with the team, we love this online technology. It is a great web-based product that really saves working time and we noticed how efficient and effective it is.

I would like to see more functions and the ability to automate processes and thus simplify the work a bit.

Solved our problems, we can manage our projects and analyze reports in real-time, we can maintain multiple projects and collaborate together with the working group effectively.

It allows to make schedule for all new development projects, change management (ECR/ECN). Project Tracking feature is very useful as it give alert and reminder in order to meet timeline. Follow up with CFT (Cross Functional team) is very facile.

Project status update is very slow even at high internet speed. Integration with MS excel is not effecive. Price fot enterprise plan is lil bit high as compared to other project management tools.

I'm using a ProjectManager to launch a new business where I'm serving as a consultant. The benefit is that everyone can log in, review tasks, and make updates.

Building and updating project timelines in ProjectManger is VERY easy and quick. Sharing those projects out with stakeholders is also very easily done.

When sharing out project sheets you have to be a little careful that the permissions are set correctly.

We needed a way to create project plans that showed what all parties were required to do and that those sheets be easily adjusted when delivery dates were met early or missed. ProjectManager does that very well and the resulting project sheets look fantasic.

Poder llevar un seguimiento efectivo de todos los proyectos es dificil si no tienes una excelente planificacion puedes hacer tus dias de trabajos un total caos, con PM basado en la nube todo esta en la mano y lo mejor que me ayuda a realizar el seguimiento del tiempo de ejecución de cada proyecto ya que cuenta con caracteristicas del diagrama de Gantt los cual es efectivo para todo el proceso, es más fácil me ayuda a identificar las relaciones existentes entre las tareas a ejecutarse,me ayuda hacer proyecciones, modificar fechas de vencimiento es sumamente fácil además puedo anexar documentos y notas en cada proyecto si es necesario

It solves project planning tasks, I can create plans with this tool. I can assign tasks to different team members. i can monitor the assigned tasks easily.

I like that it has different ways of visualizing projects. The different views help me in different moments of the project, wether I like to see the gantt or just the list of tasks.

I don't like the way my personal tasks are visualized I find it a little confusing and I dislike also the fact that I can't edit the progress on the personal tasks' view.

It has an excellent accounting system capable of calculating the time that a person has used to develop a task that was assigned to him, I like being able to collaborate with all my colleagues in the Finance sector through ProjectManager, I can invite them to my project and add new participants only with the email address they use. I also like obtaining reports very much, they are organized, they separate the information of each sector and count the time worked for each of the activities carried out. Additionally, I love being able to account for the financial expenses that we have in each project, the control of expenses is essential for the correct performance of the activities.

There is no way to know which worker is not working or contributing to a Project. ProjectManager only shows the people who are working on activities, but it does not send me alerts when one of my colleagues is not doing their work or giving support in a project, I have to see this manually, ProjectManager does not show it.

Easy and fast communicating with my associates and colleagues even we're not in the same office or even towns. Great storage capacity for all our files and easy projects/tasks reports. Easy preview of all tasks for each team member. Also reminders on your tasks near the deadline helps a lot in not forgeting to finish any of them. Makes you more responsible to your self and the company.

Most of all, we're all missinng mobile app. My team consists of few more managers, and as we all know, managers are very offten on meetings, traveling, and flexible and available 27/4. Mobile app would be significant improvement and it would make many more managers as well with their teams to start using Project manager software.

Integration is limited especially on the app. The website is relatively slow compared to other apps like trello for example where you can almost integrate literally with any other app and also runs fast on both the app and the website.

Mainly collaboration and communication on all tasks and projects. It can be customized to fit your business style and team size regardless of the industry, department, or project. While on most other platforms you have to adjust your processes to fit the features and style available there.

I think that is a very good planner platform for agency, that provides differents alternatives of visualization and organization.

If you are a new user, the platform doesn´t, give you a review about how to use the platform for the first time. So a would idea is to add this type of routes.

The user interface is simple to use and easy to communicate to others. It has a great team environment to get adherance to the usual project management activities. It has a dashboard and report that can be easily used so can be powerful for managing projects.

At the moment we have a number of projects that interact with each other but we cannot link them together unless we have them in a large plan, however we would like to keep them separate for simplicity otherwise have thosands of lines. Also, it would be good to have a feature which if you press updates the entire plan making sure all links between tasks are updated - if anything is in the past it will then shift the entire plan to the right - similar to data date in P6. It would also be good to have a an area to see total hours in the plan - I have a workaround for this but great if i could find it somewhere.

Able to book time to the project so we know how the team is tracking. THis also gives us a resourse spend. We are tracking progress of tasks to know how the plan is progressing. We are also using the kanban board but still working best was to use this inthe team.
