Live notification as your end-user opens and completes the document, so very simple to use and to amend documents / templates
Can't think of anything that I dislike. We would not use any other digital agreement platform
Saves me so much time creating, and tracking contracts. Creating is such a simple process. Live notification as your end-user opens and completes the document, so very simple to use and to amend documents / templates
PandaDoc allows us to send contracts, subcontracts, etc. to our customers and subcontractors in a timely manner with a single location to store the signed paperwork. It's been very easy for everyone to use whether they have every used it in the past.
Sometimes when updates are done, there are glitches that don't hamper the use of the product, but may slow it down a bit. They are generally addresses fairly quickly.
We don't have to email documents and have them scanned or mailed back with signatures which delays the processing. The next signer is automatically alerted when a contract is ready to sign.
I like how simple all of the steps are to follow to create our documents, how easy it is to get the records from one person in our organization to another, and the overall ease of use the PandaDoc provides our organization.
There aren't any downsides to using PandaDoc, especially for our organization. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the limited space we have on some documents that we've created, but we are making that work, too.
Our organization uses enormous amounts of paperwork to maintain multiple copies of the same documents in various places. The VA audits us regularly, and unfortunately, numerous copies are necessary. With PandaDoc, all of our documentation, as well as all of our client files, are being digitized. As a result, our paper use will be reduced by more than 50%, and ease of access and organization of information will increase tenfold. An added benefit to PandaDoc is the availability of digital signatures. Many of our clients experience barriers with transportation and may not be able to come directly to our office to sign documentation. Being able to sign all of their paperwork digitally creates a much higher likelihood that paperwork will be completed fully, and in a timely manner. PandaDoc has drastically increased our efficiency and streamlined multiple processes for us.
The whole interface is easy to learn and use. If you are like me and need to manage a lot of contracts and gather signatures from multiple people, PandaDoc makes it a breeze. You can upload pdfs to create your own template and save those for future use or you can use their gallery of templates. Once someone signs a document, you will be notified so no more guess work. You can also create folders to file your documents, making it a much cleaner looking experience. We use PandaDoc for all in-house and 3rd party vendor documents and recommend it to any company that wants to streamline their contracts and or employee documents.
As of right now, I have not come across anything that has made me think " I wish PandaDoc did this."
Contract mgmt in general. Before we had some contracts handled through the mail, some scanned and emailed back to us or even hand delivered. PandaDoc has pretty much eliminated this process for us and made things much easier to track and to keep organized.
PandaDOcs are easy to use and very easy to create. There are mnay tools you can utilize to include numerious types of signatures ect for example, date fields, checkooxes. The notification include review, sined and completed by all making it easy to mantain documents.
The onky thing i would I to see change is to nbe able to add folders to the dashboard under finailised so that I can file documnets after since I use this service so ooften it becomes overwhelming.
Easy sign offs from remote workers. Panda Docs also came in handy when we recently expeirenced issues with Adobe. The feature of converting to a pdf doc was great.
User-friendly and easy to navigate. Can edit the document while the signer is reviewing it. Users can easily save updatable templates.
User documentation could be more informative. It cannot make checkboxes a required field.
PandaDoc is used for onboarding new hires and processing documents for signatures to our remote workforce.
perfect mix of technology and enablement easy to use
goes to peoples junk mail which is rather odd. people dont know of it.
one format for all paperwork to go out. excellent layout
PD provides up to date data live! during our sales calls we can easily coach the prospect through the sign up forms. The price is very fair and seems to be the best on the market.
A useful feature would be a custom email to have sent to the member after they have signed and agreed to the doccument. But overall pandadoc is hard to fault and is cheaper and better than Docusign.
Panda doc made it easy to have our clients sign up and agree to our service agreement due to the live updates it provides on the form. We could see the client completing the forms virtually and step them through the process over the phone.
It's pretty user friendly once you learn how to manuever things. It's great not having to manually enter fields and the fact that it pulls from Salesforce. It's a good alternative to Docusign forsure.
There are some downtime glitches and things that happen which is frustrating when you have a prospect ready to sign a contract and the system is down. This is our largest frustration.
I don't have to manually type a word document proposal. Everything pulls from Salesforce and I'm able to adjust or edit the fields accordingly before sending it out for signature.
It is a very sophisticated sales machine.
used to lag often. Now it is much better, especially drag and drop of images.
Increased proift margin and allowed for pretty much of a personal website
I really appreciate the automatic function of not having to worry about whether a client sends the signed document. It's automatic once they click on finish.
It took me a little while to figure out how to drag the signature and text blocks over for the electronic signing.
I appreciate the ease and consistency of electronic sighing even with elderly clients who are generally sceptical of technology.
We really enjoy the ease of use in PandaDoc. We are able to brand out proposals and agreements pretty quickly. Our clients like the ease of use for signing document as well.
Some of the edit feautres are inconsistant from assest to asset within the document (like deleting a line in a table sometimes deletes a line and sometimes it wipes out the whole table and I have to CMD Z to get it back.
We are able to keep up with proposals easlity and setting expiration dates helps as well.
I am able to quickly send out quotes and renewal to my customers
They tend to know what users want which is great but it is never included in the current plan that you are on.
I can electonically have the document signed.
It is easy to have templates in the system which makes onboarding people a breeze. You can also save email templates so you don't have to worry if you're leaving out some important info!
It can be tricky to edit documents that have already been completed by one signer if they need to be updated before another signer views and/or signs the document.
It is great for contract management and e-signatures. We use this all the time for our Staff Aug Business and makes it so easy with the saved templates.
PandaDoc has been a lifesaver for me and my company. With the pandemic, not all of our clients have felt comfortable returning to our services in person. PandaDoc has made it super simple to send clients documents to review and sign. Wish I'd known about this program when we first went into lockdown. It would have saved me a ton of time and stress!
The biggest issue is having to have an email. Not all of my clients share their emails. I like being able to text links to clients, but I wish we could enter their phone numbers instead of needing the email, just to copy and text the link. I am sure it's to verify the correct person is signing the document, but it's sort of inconvient.
Throughout lockdown, I worked from home and needed parents to review and sign documents. It was near impossible to get the signatures I needed from clients and coworkers. PandaDoc has changed the game and I'm finally caught up on months, if not years, worth of signatures that have been piling up since the start of the pandemic.
Ease of use, simplicity and time-saving functionality.
Difficulty with certain template integrations.
Sales proposal development.
The platform is very easy to use and the account manager is very attentive to your needs. It works wonders for documentation and storage as you can keep everything in the same place without having to have things scattered around.
I'd say that the pricing and the plans aren't 100% suitable for very small businesses. We had to stop the subscription due to pricing, If they had other plans with fewer features, we probably would have taken it.
I'd say the way everyone can sign and share documents within and outside a company. Before, we used to struggle for document signatures but with Pandadocs, it's very simple. Also, form builders are amazing!
The process is smooth and easy for both my team and my customers. The app and website are both well built and the features you initially get with the free version are great.
The free version needs to allow for more integrations and the paid version should be less on an entry level when doing only a few documents per month etc. Aside from that, this is a great and powerful resource.
It's allowing myself and my team to easily get agreements signed and track the signing process. It is one of the best signing softwares out here by far, and my personal favorite to use.
The free version is enough for a start-up or early stage company. Adding text, date and signature fields are intuitive and easy to use. You can add multiple people to sign. You get updates by email as the signturers open and sign. Can download the completed pdf
Cannot think of any downsides other than esignatures are not accepted everywhere in the world. However, most countries do and PandaDoc have a page where you can check if the country accepts PandaDoc
Getting investors to sign contracts can sometimes be difficult. The easier you make it for them to complete the document, the higher chance they will complete it quickly.
PandaDoc lets you do what you need to do.
The free features could be a little more user friendly but it gets the job done.
Gives me the ability to get signatures when I need them
