I love how simple the auto-fill features are and that we have space to put all we need to be signed off on. We love being able to put mock-ups and recieve feedback.
I mostly have no complaints we use one template right now but it's so worth it. The only thing is the email goes to people's spam a lot.
We have solved the issue of having people proof read before approval and it covers our butts if something is wrong.

At times the program makes me have to sign in now and then. I wish it didn't have to do that as it can take a while to re-login to my work email. Overall not a bad system.

Easy to use, easy to upload and easy to sign, you cannot get better. Editing documents for sig is also very very easy! We love it! We haven't needed to even test competitors.

Getting things signed. We get all documents signed now and easy to store rather than paper docs, or expecting people to print off and sign the documents sending them back.
The idea that you can send a copy for signing to several parties at the same time is simply genious! All that's left is to wait till all of them have signed the doc and you're good to go.
I still haven't figured out how to unsend a doc, if it's possisble at all. Would've been useful for me when I forgot to add space for signatures (facepalm).
The problem of having to send a doc for signing to a client, wait till he completes it and sends back, send it then to the CEO, again wait till he signs it and sends it back... So much time saved with PandaDoc.
Creating templates with reusable elements and simple variable changes in a list makes it easy to scale operations. The visual editor makes it easy to design appealing proposals as well, and the built in legally-binding eSignatures has sped up every part of my sales and hiring process.
I only dislike that I don't have the budget to go to higher tiers where they lock some of their nicer features in, like the content library that would let us drag and drop different reusable blocks, I bet that would help for proposals.

The thing I like most about PandaDoc's is its ease of use. It is very easily customizable. The different options for document status come in very useful when sending contracts. Building the contracts is really easy and I use the templates feature on a daily basis. It has been a bit of trial and error in figuring out each function of PandaDoc but once you know how it works and how things are, it's very easy to use and doesn't take very much of a learning curve to figure it out.
The editing function of documents can be difficult at times. Overall, it's not too bad but when you want to move the fields around and they auto-lock to one another it's a bit annoying. I discussed with support how you can click on it and move it around with the arrow keys but that's not very intuitive.
We send all of our contracts through PandaDoc, which makes it extremely to send, revise, and re-send the documents when necessary. PandaDoc makes it really easy to do so. Editing the documents can be a bit tricky at times, but once you get used to it, and get a template in place, it is a lot easier to work with. Overall, PandaDoc is one of my favourite tools that I use on a near daily basis - whether it's sending contracts out or reviewing the ones we have already sent and signed.
The Web interface is super simple to use, very intuitive. The free version is sufficient for what I need since I only have a few pages to sign per month. It's great for my small business that is just starting out.

Problems I'm solving: I can have clients in a different town and we don't have to meet in person for signing documents. Benefits: I'm able to have clients in other towns and grow my business.
PandaDoc allows us to customize our Estimates and Proposals specifically tailored to each project. There are a lot of Options with the services we provide. PandaDoc lets our clients pick and choose what options they want for their scope of work with a simple click. Also, we utilize the tracking data for how many times a PandaDoc has been viewed, which pages most time is spent on, etc. It's been an invaluable key to our growth over the past year.
We haven't come across anything to date that would be an aspect of PandaDoc that we don't like!
It's a huge time saver with Estimate templates that eliminate redundancies. Going from Word & PDF quotes that needed signing by a 3rd party was timely and cumbersome, especially when making revisions and adjustments. Speed and efficiencies are built in so we can spend more time designing and selling!
I appreciate the fact that PndaDoc allows users to save multiple templates and to easily transfer information from the document to another platform.

I am able to capture signatures on agreements with ease.
I like the ease of customization, seeing when a client opens the contract and the new payment integration that was just added. Also like the dofferent colors it assigns to new contacts
Some things are not available yet. Wish the subtotal from one pricing table could be automatically put into another slot. Need more token to automate more things
Need to send lots of proposals to brides. This makes it easy, don't have to recreate the wheel every time. With the new payment integration, should help manage deposits better.
The integration with our HR platform allows for quick and automated contract development for new staff. The workflow was easy to create so that all signatories receive the document for review and approval in the correct order and the notifications keep me up to date with who has viewed and signed the documents.
There is no automatic formatting for work documents imported into the system and it can be a little difficult at first to work out the formatting and document creation process. But once you have that all worked out, it is very easy!
The automations and electronic signatory capability for these documents have reduced errors and time delays. It also allows me to send out an encrypted contract rather than a non-encrypted pdf attachment to an email and so meeting our new digital security requirements.

I like that it is compatible with Hubspot, the leading software that my company uses. We can actually access PandaDoc through Hubspot instead of having another page open.
The templates are a little tricky to create by oneself, but thankfully we have premade ones made by another person in our company who is savvier with PandaDocs.
We can prefill forms quickly and efficiently and attach them directly to Hubspot, our leading software. It provides a consistent base to build on since everything is uniform.

I wish there was a little more flexibility with customizations of using Stripe payment processor.
We've made the signup and onboarding process for clients much easier and more streamlined. Works perfectly with our Zapier integrations to sign a client in less than 30 seconds and invoices paid within that same amount of time.
The templates look awesome, designing a template is easy. Loads of integration opertunities with Zapier and integromat, we've been able to automate loads of HR processes.
Nothing comes to mind, I've had excellent experience with customer service whenever there's an issue.
We use bandadoc to automate what were previously manual HR processes. We use Monday.com as our main data source, using the integration to send contracts, resignation letters and any formal contact. We also use panda doc to generate eye catching reports for our board.
