Mailerlite is easy to use and so versatile - I've not yet found something I want to do, that the system can't. Even better is the very friendly and helpful online chat, on the rare occasion one gets stuck, help is at hand!

It makes running an email list and sending regular emails very easy. The functionality of the groups and segments makes it easy to organise your list.
I love the professional design of the email campaigns, which you can customise. Plus, excellent customer service.

In my new MailerLite I don't have chat support. However, I was answered quickly by email.

There are several customer service reps that could use some customer service skills upgrades; however, if you're lucky enough to get Jhon, you'll have had the opportunity to connect with someone who truly cares and who, without a doubt, will go above and beyond in helping you resolve any issues you may have.

The platform is easy to use and has loads of automation features and drag & drop elements that blow the competition away on its free plan. The support staff are really quick to reply and don't just point you to a series of self-help articles.
It's not mobile-friendly. It would be great if there was an app to check stats or subscribers quickly.
