I'm a huge fan of GIPHYS for engagement and I am having a blast choosing them for my quiz. I like the fact that I can build a quiz for free and Zap the things that I need. The pricing tiers are reasonable, and worth the money when demand requires it. The training videos were easy to understand and are hosted on a separate website and page so I could make adjustments as I watched. The few times that I had a question, a human answered in a reasonable amount of time - during COVID and likely from home. I highly recommend starting with a sample Bot then tweaking it from there in order to learn the functions.
Building a quiz was no easy task-it took me hours to figure out how to begin but I enjoyed every moment of it. You don't realize, until your deep in the trenches, how much space you'll need on the Grid - the canvas where your masterpiece is created. This feature is probably by design, but I had to minimize the grid in order to move my questions around in addition to stretching arrows-the workflow directions. I upgraded my plan and then downgraded when I realized that the Stripe feature neither worked with Facebook messenger nor allowed me to upsell and charge tax effectively.
Prospective customers were bouncing off my website so I needed a quiz to help solidify a product. The quiz is very engaging, I am able to capture lead data, and convert sales!
The nature of the business I work for requires alternative tools for online games. Landbot has now become our main tool and I am happy work with it on a daily basis. A massive plus is whenever I have a question or am in need of technical support, the customer service team is quick, thorough and helpful in their explanation.
There really is nothing to complain about.
I am creating characters to use in online games. The idea is new, not many have seen it and the easiness of integration of the bot is amazing!
I used to use Typeform but now I can provide users with a more intuitive experience, build more complex and powerful workflows, set variables, include conditions, connect with tools, etc. All in all easy to use, great customer service and academy. It can solve problem from different teams and even automate boring tasks. The starting price is great.
Would require more native integrations, native emailing, more education around Webhooks and HTML custom codes. But I know that is for more advanced use cases.
I can automate lead qualification, generation with personalized and powerful forms. It saves tons of times and automates boring and low-value activities.
The best is the development facilities without great technical knowledge and the multiple integrations with other systems.
You need to develop and create permissions in the agent part to attend chats.
The client is capable of self-management.
Creativity of usage, Your imagination is the limit. Have been using for years and see lot of on going improvements.
Dislike ? I don't believe there is anything to dislike . As any application there are always features to be improved, added. . Answer is - nothing to dislike.
Amazing advantage is to have system when you can screen prospects without calling them , chasing after them. We created very well streamlined bots when within 7 minutes we have all answers needed. Before we had to call , email prospects and days were passing.
This chatbot is very easy to setup and is effective, without writing code. Facile da configurare ma utilissimo per tante possibili necessità, senza dover scrivere una riga di codice. Io lo utilizzo per la raccolta leads e lo fa davvero bene. anche l'implementazione nel sito (io utilizzo wordpress) è semplice: viene creato in automatico un piccolo script da inserire nell'header del tema o della singola pagina.
nothing? maybe i'd like a bigger working area (anyway the current one is big enough to create a complex bot). L'area di lavoro dove "disegnare" l'algoritmo non è infinita ma tuttavia è sufficiente per creare bot anche piuttosto complessi.
Thanks to landbot I could have a chat on my site again, without my cowerkers waste their time chatting always the same answers. Ho potuto rimettere una chat sul sito senza sprecare ore uomo per risposte più o meno standard da dare ai clienti. il chatbot raccoglie le lead e le screma, poi intervengono gli umani.
I really like how flexible the system is and how I can customize the Bot. In the past I would use a form and some conditional logic which was very cumbersome - Landbot fixes that. I was able to create an estimating system with real-time calculations and dynamic feedback for the user. I also like where I can place data collection elements subtly within the bot in almost a conversational way - this has greatly helped with conversions.
The way the system performs calculations and formatting could be better and more intuitive, but the support was excellent and helped me figure it out. This is something that I think can easily be upgraded in the future and does not impact my score.
I use Landbot so potential clients can get an approximate price range of their project. This has increased my conversions by 10X over a basic call to action or "contact us" form.

I have used A LOT of various chatbot platforms, and nearly all of them left a bad taste in my mouth for one reason or another, until I found Landbot. Landbot has a wide array of features, and the blocks/modules seem almost never-ending. There is a block for EVERYTHING you could ever want and it's one of the few chatbot platforms I've used that supports a payment processor while not being exclusively tied to Facebook, this bot can operate on your site independently. Stripe + Google Sheets + Webhooks + Zapier is really a dream come true. Not to mention, their support has always been there to help troubleshoot any issues I've faced, such as bringing in working JS from one bot platform to Landbot, not understanding the nuances of Landbot. Their developers sent over the amended code and it purrs like a kitten now.
Honestly? And this is very cliche, but nothing. I don't dislike anything. I do wish the Facebook Channel set up was a bit easier, and that they offered One-Time Notifications like some competitors do so that you can ping users outside of the 24 hour window, but I get that through other bots which are a bit more "optimized" for Facebook. Landbot as a support bot is A++ though.
I've been able to implement Landbot as a support/help solution by providing answers to common questions and pointing users in the right directions, either internally or externally. I've also been able to implement easy and seamless checkout experiences for clients using the Stripe integration which has been extremely helpful. It's been a more streamlined, and cost-efficient, solution rather than setting up an e-comm store for a singular service.
