I migrated to Kinsta while building, managing and scaling a global eCommerce marketplace solution for an outdoor apparel brand about six years ago. Moving to Kinsta immediately resolved issues around page load speeds and security among a number of other things. Their solution is finely tuned for Wordpress / Woocommerce and the support has been second to none. Easy to use, free migrations, great support and scalable solutions. Best Wordpress host I've used over my 20 year career. Great support articles.

Initial adaption is easy but took a little time to get oriented. I believe they may have solves this but a "Quick Start" walkthrough for getting up and running quickly might be helpful for less technical customers.

Scalability and most common used tools easily at your disposal from an administrator perspective. This allows for quick adaption for small teams and the focus to be on key business metrics vs. technology platform.

Kinsta has helped me save time and money by not having to continuously troubleshooting my clients’ websites. Sites on Kinsta never go offline like other providers I’ve used in the past. They’re malware detection is also worth mentioning, I’ve never had a website attacked since moving to Kinsta’s platform. Additionally, they disable and block plugins that may have become malicious before they have a chance to do damage. Kinsta has my back and for that reason I am never leaving the platform. I love getting to brag to my clients about the uptime of our company because of Kinsta running my websites. Lastly, Kinsta’s tech support is always there, I mean always, I can message them simply from the bottom right of my screen and I get an answer in minutes, not days.

Hmm, I have nothing to say. Kinsta truly is a platform that has no issues. I have been creating websites for clients over 20 years, I have used countless platfrorms and always had issues. Kinsta solved all of that.

A bit pricey. Some upgrades assume too much knowledge from Administrators.

One of the faster hosting providers available on the market (I run websites hosted by other providers too). Very easy to use and setup DNS if the domain is hosted elsewhere. Easy to stay on top of your WordPress website.

Haven't had any major issues yet. There have been a few changes to the platform that required you to change your DNS or CDN, which can be annoying to stay on top of.

Kinsta helps me to maintain a fast website and virtually no downtime. This is particularly crucial to my lead generation websites, since we drive large volumes of traffic and host tons of images and content. Anyone in digital knows that slow loadtimes generally mean a high bounce.

The Support is just great! They are always there when i have a question and help me. The Interface of the backend is absolutly amazing. Even the backups are super easy to handle

My website crashed at one point (cause unknown), but the support at Kinsta got it back online almost immediately without much effort at all on my end-- and as someone who runs a website but REALLY does not understand what they are doing, this support has been invaluable.

The cost is a bit extreme, more than 10x what I was paying for hosting previously. I over-subscribed to disk space for a few months and they were unable to reverse any of the charges, even though I didn't use that space, which was also a bit frustrating, but ultiamtely I don't think there's any support like theirs for less, so.

Making hosting simple for those without a background in web management and coding! Almost instant support and troubleshooting from the staff on chat.

I like the features, support, speed, accessibility, ease of use, and customer experience.

Thus far I have nothing to report that I dislike about Kinsta. I guess the only thing would be Kinsta cost more than others but the value is worth it.

They're quick to respond and professional in handling any queries or issues we've encountered. The performance is great. Our site loads faster, with a zero downtime till now.

After 2 years with the service I yhave found nothing to dislike so far.

I feel confidnet that Kinsta is doing everything possible on their end to keep our site secure, fast, and backedup in case of emergency. Our site has grown considerebly and Kinsta has helped us keep up!

We are being using Kinsta for almost one year for our corporate website https://charcoal.pro Before we were using Bluehost with VPN, but it was enough. So we find out Kinsta. The moving process from Bluehost VPN to Kinsta was very easy and fast. Basically, a Kinsta tech specialist helps us to move all files and databases. As for Kinsta itself, so fat it is the best hosting provider I ever used. First of all, they do not use cPanel but still have a very good user interface for website admin. Kinsta is amazingly fast and stable. Our Core Vitals by Google become 90 up. More over Kinsta has a very good blog with a lot of information on all questions.

so far did not meet any downsides from Kinsta. Maybe as the suggestion is good to be able to add Memory upgrade by request for users

The main is the speed of the website. Core Vital by Google is in the green zone. Some metrics are at 98 grade. The good thing is Kinsta implemented clear cache button, so it really easy our life when we update webiste.
