I'm in my 60's and wanted to use HubSpot for my new venture. The big issue I thought would be me getting my ageing head around a new CRM. What I like about Hubspot is that I can use many of the aspects and many features. I cannot believe how many sales features there are that I have been using "manually" for the last 45 years! I love the customer support and the surprised nature of what i had achieved during the implementation and the ease of integration. Sequences are a god send especially if you have an honest connection with your client base. This will increase the frequency of use resulting in better business to business relationships.
The only downside from my perspective is the number of emails I cans end in a day when sequencing. I've 5000 clients so that takes 10 days tp deliver and requires some planning at my end. Of course i could pay more but as a start up I'm not yet in a position to just yet.
Sales Hub provides me and my overseas based investors and other users the opportunity to log on and track what's happening 'live' with deals and and client user issue tickets. That means we can jump onto a client end user issue immediately, communicate that we've raised a ticket with our Dveelopment team, solve the problem, keep the client happy.
Hubspot allows me to add the photos of my clients to their profile so I can always remember who I am talking to even though I talk to many people daily. I love that I can make calls from within the app, keep track of my meetings, calendars, tasks. I only need to go one place to find the information I need - Hubspot! I can also have email templates, files and other attachments within the app to quickly send to prospects.
I wish that there was a feature that you could scroll through contacts with an arrow to the right and you didn't have to always go back to contacts, contacts to see your contacts. There are times when I would just like to go to the next file and a next button at the top that allowed me to do so would be fantastic.
This bridges the gap of communication from our Operations team and sales team.
Hubspot integrates with your Outlook and Ring Central seemlessly. It's nice to make phone calls and send emails from 1 software.
Sometimes I have to refresh the page quite a bit. I am not sure if this is Hubspot related or Chrome related.
I am tracking my deal progess and the cadence of my contacts with prospects. It's easy to keep track of all of these developments.
I like that Hubspot allows you to see your activity and the direct data to your activity that allows you to tweak and adjust how you interact with clients via email or phone calls. I love that its is very user friendly and ultimately anything that I think of that i may need to help me do my job better seems to have already been thought of by the Hubspot team and available for me to utilize
The one thing i would say i dislike about Hubspot is that data on the reports dashboar is not in real time however it usualy reflects properly within 5 mins.
Keeping track of all things related to clients as well as my data regarding KPI's and engagment
Most helpful are dashboards and reports.
None so far but we currently are not using the text feature

I launched my company four weeks a ago and HubSpot Sales Hub has allowed me to easily implement my sales processes in as short of a time as possible. It was easy to integrate with my email, website, and payment processor and I love the number of features it provides along with the ability to access and use it on any devide.
I wish their were other pricing options to choose from to get some of the additional features like sequences.
HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to easily find the information I need quickly in terms of how I am exectuing on my sales processes along with making it easy to actually execute my outreach campaigns to connect with new potential customers.
Most helpful: How tasks work and are organized
Not really much of a dislike, but the tasks order page could be improved

I love the ease of use and how I can organize my business and contacts. Having the ability to organize my informaiton has made me a more affective user.
At times locating my dashboard can be difficult.

User friendly software, excellent report buidling, sorting and filtering data, lots of helpful features on offer, customer support, Integration with emails to track everything, It's my daily driver for almost everything, and is very easy to setup the account within no time, 2FA security
I didn't see anything which I don't like till date. (Hopefully won't see as well)
It helped me in creating curated quotations to share with my clients which looks very professional and can be made effortlessly.
Using the hub to easily import leads (both contacts and companies) and reach all of them with just a few clicks. Creating lists is a breeze to keep organized, and sequencing from there makes outreach streamlined to free up time for individual outreach.
Not much to complain about, there are tons of direct integration for all types of apps, and keeping track of pipeline is a breeze! the only complaint I would have is forcing small bsuinesses to purchase expensive enterprise package, should offer sequencing and other abilities ala carte for afffordability.
Being a great CRM, keeping all of my contacts in one organized place to enable efficient outreach and tracking of all communication and progress.
HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and has a huge variety of tools that help me do my job daily. Whenever I need support someone very attentive to details helps me figure out how to achieve what I want to.
So far I've never had any bad experiences with HubSpot Sales Hub.

There is nothing as such as it has all the features to do my daily tasks.
It makes us easy to track and contact our leads by showing their all activities which enables us to close the sales faster bh showing the insights about the leads
It takes some time to figure out but once you use it every day u will love the flexibility of it plus its super affordable and every big or small app can be natively integrated with hubspot
Training is not streamlined mean if it gives kind of prompts to keep training top of mind that would really help
Crm and analysis is helping in our growth plus its easy to use and easy to integrate with so many other tools we have
I would like to highlight HubSpot customer support here. They are responsive and work hard towards resolving your issue as fast as possible.
There is still a possiblity where HubSpot can add more advanced features to the Sales Hub. Utilizing AI to give more suggestions on the content etc.
It helps me keep track of all the contacts, conversations and projects I am working on.
The ability to see all data on prospect all in one page. It's so nice to be able to have everything logged for easy convenience.
The only dislike I have would be the ability for there to be duplicate accounts. We have issues with prospects having 2+ accounts with the same email.
Hubspot is keeping all of the data and numbers in one spot, it's easy to see how employees are progressing.

Nothing would change in my eyes. Ive used multiple CRM and Sales hub systems and thats the bottom line.
