The ability to post on all the social media platforms at just one click, the facility to create customised landing pages, run various email campaigns and easy access to all the required analytics to keep a track of the progress we are making.
There is nothing to dislike as such, but i believe there is always a scope for improvement.
Provides a platform to conduct all different marketing activities at one place, which in turn helps to save time and increase the efficiency of our work.
The interface is so easy to use and intuitive. The functionallity are amazing, the possibilites are endless. It makes my life as a manager so much easier. What would I do without it!
Sometines on the editor for the landing pages, you need a bit of advances knowledges to create or changes things.
Hubspot is helping to reach out to my customer base very easily. It allows me to create landing page much faster.
The links to our CRM, website, sales and our ecommerce platform are awesome. It puts everything all in one place and allows me see to see how our stakeholders are interacting with us across a multitude of touchpoints and campaigns.
The only thing I can fault is the CTA design responsiveness. The HubSpot CTAs when embedded onto our website do not automatically adjust for desktop and mobile. So I have to be cautious when designing CTAs.
HubSpot stops the need for multiple platforms and softwares. Whereas some marketers would use one platform for EDMs, another for social and a seperate sales/CRM system - HubSpot has all of those elements in one software. Everything I need in one platform.
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is their social media scheduling features. It's pretty easy to create posts and edit the caption and content for each platform all at once. The calendar allows me to keep track of what's being posted when so that I can make sure the content is evenly spread out.
What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that I can't schedule IG Reels or stories through their social media scheduling tool. This is understandable though because I don't think many other scheduling platforms have this feature.
I need a service that can help me schedule social media posts in advance and efficiently. I can do that through HubSpot.
I like the fact that I can do Marketing efforts that will automatically update contact activities in my CRM. They all live in one place and I can do emails, workflows can track metrics, and track emails. The data is available to me and all of it is in one place is invaluable.
I would say that I dislike when I'm building emails or websites, I can't easily drag images or text anywhere I'd want. It's only within the restraints of the modules.
At the moment it's definitely giving the clients I work the option to automate their marketing efforts in one place vs using different software. I can definitely say that I'm able to offer it more as a service to clients that wants to up their Marketing services.
My team and I are able to stay on top of all marketing efforts, including email, social posts, landing page conversions, workflows, sales activity and more!
Some aspects aren't as user-friendly as I'd like. For example Landing pages can be clunky.
I love that it's an all-in-one place for all our marketing needs! It keeps us on task, organized, and super efficient at our work. It's a place where communication and efforts are synced across departments.
I love all the thi mg a that I can do with the marketing hub. I can build beautiful looking emails, landing pages and forms. Having all that in one place makes it easy
There isn't much to really dislike. Obviously because it's a powerful tool the learning curve can be a bit big but otherwise there is nothing to dislike. I do wish the email builder would allow you to have different elements for mobile vs. Desktop
The marketing hub helps me build my landing pages and site, as well as my forms and blog. It helps me reach out to my leads and engage them in many different ways.
Hubspot automatically organizes both incoming and outgoing info. Hubspot allows me to outreach to clients, schedule clients, and speak to clients all in one place.
My only complaint is that Hubspot does not automatically include all contacts to a deal. I find that I have to manually add deals from time to time despite the client's email having the company name in their address.
Rather than using a Google sheet to organize all clients into categories: those outreached to, those who have scheduled meetings, those who have unsubscribed - Hubspot saves me so much time by doing this for me.
The ability to see all areas of interaction and engagement with our contacts is invaluable. Pageview, deal, and conversion insights help us craft seamless automation experiences.
I don't dislike too much about HubSpot Marketing Hub... the only thing I'd say that creates an extra step for us is that form submissions can't be sent emails to unless you create a list of those users. Also, the landing page builder is quite limited, but it's getting better.
It allows us to track the efficacy across various marketing channels (campaigns). I love seeing the metrics of an entire campaign across all channels, paid ads, social media posts, emails, and popups. I also love the new popup feature that has design elements - that saves us from using an external platform for high-design popups!
I love the ability to schedule and post on multiple social media platforms at once. I also like that their email marketing is simple to use.
Things can get complicated when building out forms and landing pages. It can be challenging to find the proper location to make a change.
I was tired of going into each social media platform to make a post. I like doing everything at once!
I like Marketing hub because it lets me create, schedule and publish all social posts, blogs, etc from one tab.
I wish there were more functions in the marketing hub.
It's keeping all our marketing centralized and easy to create and manage campaigns.
I like is easy to customize the platform to meet the different companies requirements
I find very helpful all the tools, even since the free version
It take less time send to my leads specific and customized information
Hubspot Marketing Hub is perfect if you want to be able to track the impact of campaigns without needing additional support or set up - everything works really simply and seamlessly. Detailed automation capabilities are probably my favourite part. Specifically, we are able to nurture leads and convert them or qualify them through workflows, conditional splits etc - so it's automating a lot of the time-consuming work our sales teams used to do.
It's not really a downside, more just that the set up can be a bit restraining if you have a more complicated tech stack. For example, we use the CMS and it's tricky to track conversions that aren't form submissions on a page. Based on the way we generate leads, it would be great to measure this in a different way. However, when we use Hubspot in the way it's intended, it works great.
We really need to have clarity about where leads are coming from and which channels bring in the best quality leads. Hubspot helps us make data-driven decisions about budget and future campaigns.
I love that it's incredibly user-friendly, there are many options to make it look customized and professional, and it has time efficiency in mind by duplicating emails that can be used repetitously.
I think it would really help timewise if I could duplicate and schedule multiple emails at once. I think it becomes tedious at times to individually clone emails and schedule them out one-by-one. I'm not sure what the solution would be for this, but it's worth exploring.
I think HubSpot is making it so I save a lot of time building new emails by the duplication method.. I also think that the way lists are created and how you can finely filter them really helps with our email campagins.
I like the marketing hub because it's easy to navigate, simple to learn how to use, and helps our team get content out quickly to our clients and potentials with great support to help us along the way!
I wish we could utilize folders to organize our marketing efforts at a campaign level rather than just at an individual asset level. It would also be great to be able to house different types of contact cards in separate environments rather than just marketing or non-marketing.
Hubspot is helping us easily set up campaigns that allow our existing clients to opt-in to initiatives with very specific CTAs in order to encourage enrollment into our program.
HubSpot Marketing Hub has an intuitive UX and encompasses everything I need as a marketer, including list and data management, email development, easy-to-build reports, and powerful integrations to support our overall marketing tech stack.
This is very specific but an ongoing frustration in our business...it's very difficult to export or pass data about campaigns and source details out of HubSpot. It pushes out as a numerical identifier, whereas we need the names of campaigns, etc. to make it easier on our team using Salesforce to identify interactions of HubSpot contacts as they become MQLs.
Contact and list management Campaign asset tracking and performance Reporting on marketing performance Funnel management, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring and nurturing Landing page development outside of our internal website platform Streamlined social media management All of the above enables us to stay organized and easily manage our marketing efforts
What I appreciate most about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its ability to streamline my marketing efforts. The platform offers a variety of tools and integrations that allow me to manage my content, social media accounts, and analytics all in one place. Overall, I highly recommend Hubspot Marketing Hub to anyone looking to improve their marketing efforts and streamline their processes.
In my opinion, sometimes the CMS component can lack some flexibility when creating webpages, blogs, or landing pages. This can be compensated by purchasing themes and templates, but I would like HS to work on that area.
One of the biggest problems it solves is the need for a centralized platform for managing all aspects of marketing campaigns. With Hubspot, you can easily create and manage all my content and my campaigns across different channels, all from one place. Additionally, Hubspot provides powerful analytics and reporting tools that allow me to track the success of my campaigns and make the necessary adjustments to improve their performance.
The all-in-ine connectivity that HubSpot has is incredible. I've worked with various systems which all need to be mashed together and don't communicate seamlessly, and having used HubSpot at my last two companies, I just can't see a better option. The system at my current company was so fractured that I sought out HubSpot's help yet again to ensure I had the full functionality I needed and that my team could utilize to keep us all in check and ready to tackle our projects!
I mean, let's be honest. There is always going to be a cost for good software. While HubSpot is amazing, the cost is always going to be a factor for a smaller company that may need the tools HubSpot offers. The cost is in a bracket where for most small companies can't afford them. Additionally, it is not a task management system. We use Monday.com alongside HubSpot because we need something that can track tasks in a reasonable way.
Again, it is all about time management and automating the things you do on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis. It's also about finding ways to connect that automation to the output of your team - analysising where you spent the most time and had the most impact.
For me it's the ease of use. How simple it is. Even trying to use new things, it's not hard to try and find things out on your own.
My biggest pet peeve is it not scheduling in current time zone.
Being able to automate scheduled campaigns outside of our business.
HubSpot has been a game-changer for us. The HubSpot support team is the best I've ever worked with in my entire career. We can streamline our processes directly using HubSpot or with one of their integrations. Not only have we saved so much time and effort after implementing, but we now have accurate attribution reporting and can report on the funnel effortlessly. We use the direct SalesForce integration with our account, which has worked wonders.
I hope to see improvements in respecting email aliases when using the scheduling tools. I would also love to see more customization when it comes to email design.
HubSpot has helped us automate our marketing efforts, have accurate reporting, and the ability to deep dive into attribution reports. Before HubSpot, we were guessing or depending on incomplete reports that didn't show a full funnel.
