I love the interface! And I love the customer service. The interface is so aesthetically pleasant and fun to engage with. And it's very user-friendly. I'm a first-time small business owner and Gusto has made it fun to embark on this very challenging and rewarding journey. I couldn't have made it 6 years without them. Customer service is unmatched!

The only hiccup I've encountered over the years is with this new retirement savings program called CalSavers that I've been forced to enroll in as a small business owner in CA. Gusto's platform wasn't partnered with theirs so it just made it a little tricky to set up.

Gusto helps me file everything I need to file with the state and federally. They make onboarding and tax season so much more seamless and a litte less stressful.

Gusto makes Payroll easy and their customer service is really great. Would recommend to any small business.

Gusto makes onboarding employees and paying them really easy.

I can't believe how easy everything has been with Gusto, including adding workers comp insurance, health insurance benefits, and even setting up a 401k! I've recommended them to everyone I hear of that needs a payroll provider or who has gripes about their current one.

I wish they offered a way to pay international employees, not just international contractors.

Gusto has everything you need for a company that is starting new. They have things that you probably didn't think of that you would need to get started with payroll and benefits. Very helpful!

The only thing that I dislike about Gusto are the amount of email that you receive reminding you to process payroll, sign up for benefits (after you have already declined them).

I no longer have to run payroll manualls, which saves time and makes my business easier to run for both myself and my accountant.

Gusto takes care of all the payroll reporting and payments. It's an easy-to-use interface. And the custormer service is top-notch.

I never could get the automated connection to background checks to work for our organization, which has some special requirements (but not that atypical.)

Everything is in one place. And of course, our payroll is simplified.

Easy to use. I can access my documents without any trouble and the emails I recieve are organized (and cute/ engaging).

There have been several prices increases and plan changes over the last 5 years.

Gusto is very easy for employees to track not only their pay but also commission and expenses. All the information you need is at your fingertips without asking HR!

I don't love the way the expenses are listed out. Would be easier if it just showed the cummulative total and then the last date they with paid...instead of all of them. It gets to be a big list.

No more paper paychecks! Just an email that shows all of the needed info! It's great!

Payroll Software and Bank account to make a deposit into a savings account that actually is accruing interest.

Logins are sometimes tedious but keeping the account secure.

Payroll access as an employee. Time off in an account that I can access. Missing pay stubs no more with having an account in place.

The software is so easy to use with the tips provided. My favorite feature is the reminders. I never forget to run payroll with the automatic feature. I've contacted Gusto for customer support before and I was amazed at the service that I received. My frequency of use is often to add new employees, stay in compliance, run reports and more. The ease of integration with different payment channels and the ease of implementation of other softwares and apps is unbelieveable.

As a new business owner, setting up my payroll and preparing my tax documents was tremendously stressful for me. So, when I stumbled upon Gusto, it was a game-changer for me and my business. Gusto not only handled my weekly paychecks, but also provided me with the correct tax documents I needed, such as the W-2, when tax season rolled around. Gusto is simple and intuitive, and it's made my personal and professional pains not so painful!

I really can't think of anything -- they were just seamless and added to the simplicity of my business.

Each employee can easily track income, sick and vacation days, retirement savings, and more!

Missing a couple features that would be helpful, especially insofar as setting multiple rates for people easily and using and accruing PTO across different positions.

No problems really, outside of needing a payroll solution. And Gusto works well for that.

I like that I can look up my payment information at any time and that they notify me prior to my paycheck being deposited.

I have not been dissatisfied at all and have not had any problems with Gusto.
