I love how easy it is to obtain a website domain. Not only that, but the guidance and availability the website staff offers is amazing, and worth so much alone! I am in no way shape or form a website guru, but with their guidance they make it easy to use and execute. I also thoroughly appreciate how they have staff available to answer any questions you may have 24/7 every single day. I never have to wait for assistance if I need it.

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this program. It's functions offered are great. If I had to say anything, I would say make renewing your website (yearly) easier and less time consuming. I also do not like that the company has received a lot of negative backlash in the media within the last 5 years...the CEO is questionable.

I haven't solved any "problems" within my business, but this website has definitely allowed me to create my business virtually and allow it to become a more e-commerce business than before where it was more WOM (word of mouth) that allowed me to be relevant. I have increased my customers as well because location isn't as much an issue when your company is functioning online too. I love the advertising capabilities as well that they have. Advertising is crucial.

Easy to find availble domains, good prices, excellent customer support services, and the cpanel configuration is easy to use

The email contacts to import/export feature is not the best on this system I suggest to improve it even with the integration

I dislike the fact that they do not have a Mobile app to manage your DNS settings on the go. You can use their website from your phone, but I think an app would make it much easier.

Well, with Goddady the renovations have the same cost that they tell you since you buy the domain. With this you avoid unpleasant moments to see that your domains will go much more expensive.

The customer service at GoDaddy is amazing. Honestly, I don't think I have experienced such great, timely service from any customer service in any field in my entire life. Consistently the promptness and helpfulness of GoDaddy's phone support blows me away. When one of our sites was hacked, GoDaddy had fixed the issue, increased security, and returned all previous content within 20 minutes of us making the call. I will be a lifelong customer.

The GoDaddy website is a bit tricky to use. Everything seems straightforward but I find myself looking for the right area to find the right information for much longer than I'd expect. Unlike almost every vendor and platform, I think the phone support is sincerely easier than the self-service website.

As a freelance Multimedia designer, advertiser and marketer it's important to have an online portfolio to find new work. I can easily update my portfolio with GoDaddy and if I have any problems I know they have good customer service/help desk.

They have a decent Rs99 per year plan, and good customer support team as well they have a pretty decent shared hosting plans. Their Linux Hosting Plan and Windows Hosting plans are pretty decent priced and includes almost all the essential features.

Bad Speed for their shared hosting plan and also slow CPU for the Linux Hosting.

Despite some "off-beat" branding, GoDaddy provides tried-and-true products that are easy to set-up and fit all business needs for a website. The best part is their customer service. I had a Frankenstein-style project with questions that couldn't be answered from a simple forum. Calling GoDaddy was not only a helpful experience but... fun! A real human talks to you on the phone and explains everything in simple terms. This alone completely changed my perspective on GoDaddy and I would encourage anyone to consider them for website needs.

There are some pages that send me in loops, especially when I'm trying to solve a problem on my own. For example, some of the SSL set-up drives you in circles, when you ultimately need to purchase a certificate through GoDaddy (not initially explained). Also, some of the verification pages send you back and forth between forum help and "Verification In Progress" screens. This is a little frustrating but, as mentioned earlier, the customer service explains any questions.

Unlike a lot of users, we are not using GoDaddy to host our website, but manage our site. Internally at my company, our site is hosted; and we use a WordPress CMS for site editors/marketing. GoDaddy is the go-between product that makes all of this possible (manage hosting our site). By allowing marketing to edit through WordPress, they don't get confused on back-end systems; and also keeps IT focused on set-up rather than monitoring design/marketing questions.

I like the ease of use and the availability of service agents to help when I have a question. All service staff have been knowledgable and very helpful!

When I was originally buying the product, I ended up buying more things than I needed. I am now paying for two hosting sites and linking my go daddy account to that. I don't know if go daddy has an easy way to create a website, or if I need to continue to pay for the double hosting, since I already paid for go daddy for ten years.
