What I like the best about GetResponse is the intuitive ease of use it provides. It takes very little time to get set up a profile and send your first email. The functionality to import large email lists is also very easy.
It takes a little while to get used to some of the terminology GetResponse uses such as an email list is considered a campaign. The front page Dashboard can be a bit cumbersome as well.
GetResponse allows us to stay in contact with our list and to send professional looking emails in a minimal amount of time.
The modern email templates and the variety. I also love the auto-responder process.
Not sure how to change the design of a landing page once it is published. For example, changing to another landing page template.

I love the GetResponse map view. Compared to other services like GR, I end up in the inbox of our agents as opposed to the junk or spam mail folder.
