After considering multiple CRM tools and having worked with SalesForce in the past we decided to go with Freshsales, and we are very happy with the decision. We are a small company, and we don't have time to do custom integrations or to train our team on complex tools like SalesForce, so Freshsales easy-to-use UI, their Segment integration, and affordable price are the main things that make the tool perfect for us
I'd like to see more tools for customer success to help us maintain our existing customers happy. Automated emails similar to customer.io and Intercom would be great as well.

I used Microsoft Business Contact Manager (BCM) for years… just because it was included with my Microsoft Office license. I bought a new computer a couple of months ago and I experienced that my Microsoft Office license wasn’t supported on this new machine and that BCM had been discontinued. I had no choice. I had to find the right CRM tool for my business. My requirements are the following ones: - Standard CRM features : leads and deals management, customization of the fields - Data import/export (as .csv files) - Reporting features - Access to the customers data at anytime and from anywhere (mobile CRM) - Affordable price - Easy of use - Integration with Google calendar, helpdesk solutions… As a Freshdesk user, I decided to make a try with Freshsales. I also tried another solution to compare. Freshsales was definitively the best tool with no hidden cost which offers all the desired features and much more.
I would love to have the ability to generate PDF reports.
No need to synchronize my data between my computer and my smartphone. I always have access to all my data and I can update them from any device. The app is just perfect!
Freshsales is truly a pleasure to use. We moved from Salesforce to Freshsales. It is easier and less time consuming to manage relationships with our pipeline and customers. The built in phone and email is amazing. I particularly like the Segment integration. We can pull in all sorts of product usage information into the CRM.
There is nothing I dislike about Freshsales. I recommend starting a free trial to see for yourself.

Freshsales has an extremely reliably and responsive user experience across web, iOS and Android app. It is highly configurable and integrates will with other services like google apps calendar, google apps mail, and freshdesk. We have integrated their APIs into our app as well - to capture customer data directly into the CRM. The flexibility in generating all kinds of report is simply mind blowing. With the recent addition of the ability of attaching files via their web app, they have satisfied all the possible scenarios that we face in maintaining customer relationship. The timeline feature which shows interactions with a lead/customer is simple awesome - it gives a quick overview of our history with the lead/contact till now.
Wish they would make file attachment/viewing and call logs on their android apps as well. Waiting for them to implement "customer visit log" in their web app timeline
At Ergoptix, we are a manufacturer of dental loupes and dental LED headlamps. Our customers are dentists - who themselves are entrepreneurs in their own right. So conversion requires multiple visits and communications. Freshsales helps keep our sales team organized - appointments, tasks, lead score all help us ensure that we never drop the ball in following up with leads.

It enables me to connect with customers through different channels in one window. I can use it my mobile is another crucial element I find most use as I travel a lot.
Even though the customer lead updation is useful. I don't find space to add custom information.
Reduces the task of tracking the communication. Creates a timeline for understanding the status of and help to follow up my previous conversation from any place.
I like how easy it was to import my customer list from a CSV file. It's also nice how Customers are separate from Accounts. Not to mention, it ties into FreshDesk and the new FreshChat.
I wish I could remove some of the labels as not all fields are needed by my company at the moment.

FreshSales allows your sales team the ability to manage multiple clients and pick up the conversation for a team mate who is unavailable. With the document templates, lead tracker and simple interface, my team can focus on what they do best while not wasting time making reports to upper management or searching for proposals sent 10 years ago. We can also keep our partners in the loop with limited access to view the sales pipeline and projections for their product sales.
Honestly there isn't much to dislike. The support is excellent. I haven't felt abandoned since i signed up. If there are any suggestion i would like to make, it would be to have integrations with the helpdesk to convert prospective tickets/customers into sales leads.
FreshSales has helped us keep track of the sales pipeline with clients as well keep track of tasks to be accomplished. It has helped us be more efficient, professional and in control of our interactions with clients.
Freshsales if perfect for our growing company simple but very powerful program and the pricing structure lets you pick the features you need now and move up to another level when and if needed. Great customer support!

Starfish Leadership is a rapidly growing company and Freshsales has given us the ability for everyone on our team to see deals and where we are headed.
The software is very simple to use and setup authenticated emails and also allows you to make direct calls from within the software. Also the support is outstanding with direct access to the Freshsales team!
I have not found any are of Freshales I dislike as it in my humble opinion to be 5 stars and a perfect CRM solution for your business!
I needed a CRM package that I can use online from any device as well as being able to get realtime email stats from every email sent whether bulk or manual. This creates a lead score that gives you a better pipeline and gives you the hottest leads to chase first.
We love the fact that email and phone is present within the CRM which is a huge productivity boost for us. Previously, we used to use multiple email tools to track and run sales campaigns. But now with Freshsales, we are able to do everything within the CRM and keep track of the entire activity log. Another thing we really love as a startup is the lead scoring as we do not have the time to look at all our leads but only our most important set of leads, which Freshsales helps us out making us spend time on the right leads.
There is nothing we dislike about Freshsales yet. Whenever we have had trouble or issues, the team seems to have been very responsive and solved our queries in no time.

It's very easy to use!!! New users adapt very quickly! Even as a new tool with a little bit to enhance, the support is always there; effective and fast. All that at an accessible cost.
I would like to be possible so choose to watch a deal, as a manager. It would be very helpful to be notifyed when there's a new activity (e-mail, appointments, tasks, files...) with a deal.
Each user is independent and can work freely. Meanwhile it's easy to create visualizations that make it possible to monitor the progress of the team.

After having tried multiple tools for CRM, we shifted to using Freshsales and have not looked back. It offers the best set of features, all tightly knit into one tool rather than being spread apart, for a very attractive price. - User Behaviour Tracking: Email tracking right from the tool saves a lot of hassles. This coupled with speedy two-way email sync in the basic paid tier itself makes this a one-stop solution for conversations with clients. Knowing when they open a mail or click on links help track how a lead might convert to a deal and which leads to focus on. - Lead Scoring: Each lead is assigned a score based on their interaction with the company and the information provided. The profiles are also auto-enriched with the social credentials. This feature helps assess which lead might convert and take actions accordingly. - Easy scheduling of tasks and activities - Excellent support: Anytime we have reached out with a query, we have had a very speedy resolution whether it was with respect to the product, pricing or anything else.
- Multiple Deal Pipelines: We are trying to track deals with different pipelines. While there is an option to create filters within the same pipeline, there isn't a feature yet to create different pipelines.

We serve enterprises who have applications that include analysis of consumer-generated images/videos, emerging data sets such as drones data, satellite imagery and other industrial data. Freshsales has helped us view all our deals in one single pipeline and helped us effectively track which stage each deal is in, which needs attention, what tasks are pending etc. It has become our one-stop solution for our sales team.
