Cost-effective platform with excellent smartphone integration. The company seems to be very focussed on continuous improvement, as well. They also were very helpful integrating an external source of new business leads.
I sell to individuals and some small businesses, while the freshsales template assumes business to business selling. Like any new system, there is a learning curve. I needed to a bit more work to match my business.
I needed an easy way to track all communication with a large number of potential clients with minimum effort. Every call with a prospect automatically offers a log after the call - easy!
The speed at which these guys respond is incredible. This is more important than having brilliant software with no support, The system works well, is fast and is my best friend during the day.
The system would be nice if it had a start up dashboard with some key data in it, such as current tasks and appts, latest leads. Would be nice if you could choose what you see on the dashboard.
Our business is about selling services to people, so the CRM helos us manage the data, set tasks, reminders, nots and appointments. I dont know how we would do it as efficiently without Freshsales
The best part about this is we have all the possible required details under one roof instead of opening and working on many portals. From lead generation to locking the deal, its all done very easily. Its always a great and important part of my work. Helps in getting productivity efficiently.

Really like the way that Freshsales allows me to keep track of my leads. Everything is laid out in an easy to interpret manner, and I don't have to do much digging to find what I'm looking for. Wouldn't change anything about the layout, as it is very easy to navigate. This is the best CRM management tool that I have used thus far and hopefully will be the last one, as I am extremely satisfied with it's performance and the ability for it to take care of everything without me having to do anything different.
If numbers are inputted without a country code it tries to dial the area code as if it's in a different country.

Planning, coordinating and startegizing, all three are essential for a sales person to close the deal and ramp up faster. fresh sales helps sales individual to plan one's meetings and schedule them accordingly and also it acts as a one stop destination for a sales person to track a lead from lead generation to lead closing. all the stages in between are well planned and executed and fresh sales portal reminds the sales individual to be punctual and follow the steps which will take the individual to close the deal.
entire process needs to be streamlined. however, using fresh sales app makes a sales person to spend less time on updating leads.
Tracking of lead stages is the biggest problem got solved thrtough fresh sales and now we are able to identify the leads according to their stages to plan and strategise for closing them
We like Freshdesk because it is a highly adaptable solution with a lot of metrics that allows us to track and follow up on our customers and agents efficiently.

The ease of use and modern UI are why we’re increasing efforts towards the spectrum of using FreshSales. Best part is you don't have to be trained in using the software. Everything is very intuitive.

Having a simple to use CRM
The import function of company/personal information from other CRMS has been seamless. In addition, I love the score that is given to prospects as more information/activity is logged under that contact/company. The ability to move a prospect through different stages of a deal has been great for transparency to upper management. By telling me the last time i had contact with a lead, it is keeping me follow-ups much more regular yet not too frequent.
I think the account section should not populate your "deals" until they have been won. When i put potential deal worth amounts in the deals tab, they are automatically being moved to the "accounts" tab even though they are not accounts yet. I think it is more than appropriate to pull information for someones linked in the account but I think it is just creepy and counterproductive to be pulling in peoples twitter and other social media account information and pictures.
Staying accountable with current prospects. Freshsales also prevents other salesmen from stepping on each others toes.
I’ve just started to use Freshasales and I’ve been really impressed about the ease of use and flexibility of this solution.
The main limit that I see so far is related to the mobile app.
The main business problems and related benefits is to start to have a real CRM for my own company.
I have used Freshsales for a few months now. It is very user friendly and has some great features. It is very affordable for a start-up or small business as well.
