It helps to engage the leads/prospects in various way and monitor their status with lead score. This helps to identify the leads potential in closing the deal.

Lead followup and engagement
Everything about Freshsales is great. Right from onboarding and setting up the account to using the advanced features, the UX is seamless. Freshsales has some unique features which we found extremely valuable and provided us with key insights that helped in closing mode deals. To name a few: in app email notifications, website visitor analytics and segmentation and automatic profile enrichment. -
There is nothing to dislike about Freshsales. Although I would love to see the functionality where follow-up emails can be automated based on prospect's behavior. This can help Sales teams save lot of time.
At Saleslift, we get a lot of incoming prospects. We use Freshsales to manage the pipeline, identify our ideal potential customers, engage in conversation with them and convert them as our customers.
Having used MS Dynamics for the best part of 2 years, our experience with Freshsales CRM has been excellent. From out of the box, all of our salespeople were able to use it to full advantage. Ease of implementation, user adoption and visibility are all exceptional. The salespeople love its ability to capture email threads effortlessly.
The only drawback is associated with deal notes. There is a bit of confusion over where notes should reside; with the client contact, client or deal. I am sure this is something we can resolve by defining it internally.
Firstly, we had a challenge around tracking and expediting our pipeline. Freshsales give us great visibility and reporting without demanding hours of non-sales input from sales staff. Secondly, we had a challenge in forecasting for finance and resource planning, Freshsales enables us to predict and manage pipeline very accurately.
Very easy to use and available on mobile application. I love it more because it is free to start with.
I need to upgrade with all existing users ( in place of few members).
It is good for follow up of leads coming for overseas education & coaching classes.
I like how it streamlines the entire sales process and has the ability to be flexible through custom fields so that the application aligns with your company.
I dislike that you cannot create custom colours so that the freshsales application matches my company colours.
Freshsales allows you to save time on manual admin work. It has the ability to auto log calls and emails so you can focus on selling. It also has a key feature which can pull up the leads linkedin, facebook, and twitter which gives me the ability to put a personal touch on things.
Fresh Sales has twice the amount of features than Salesforce and the difference in support is astronomical! Also the staff at Fresh are the most helpful people you could wish to work with!
I struggle to find an issue with he system having used it for the last 4/5 months however one suggestion would be to be able to make the telephone calls through an ipad.
Fresh allows our team of 14 telesales staff to keep upto date on any contact our clients have had with the business. Whether this be via email/telephone or notes.
We moved from SalesForce to FreshSales and it has proven to be an excellent decision. FreshSales is easy to use, highly customizeable to our business processes, and pulls all our marketing efforts together to provide insights into our target market that we weren't aware of before. Customer service has also been outstanding. Don't waste your time and money with the 'big boys' in this space - they overcharge and give you less value.
It can be a little quirky in terms of adhering to the 'rules' of the database and reporting still has a ways to go, but the FreshSales team is quickly making strides.
We have gone from a marketing database only, to a full CRM that allows us to track specific results of our marketing efforts and provides a way to analyze the 'big data' of our leads, pulling the most active, interested ones to the top.
As a Project management for a Software company here in Brazil, I needed a platform that could be used along my CRM, and I can tell that the tools from Freshworks are incredible. They work well in a syncronization mode that enable us to keep our Leads coming in and converting while we take great care of our existing customers. There is a transition phase where our lead will turn into a customer and the score system does it a good job on pinpointing the most interested lead. The layout is fresh, like everything in the suite. I can wait to see what´s next. Great work guys!

Easy to use and everything on the front page that I need. I don't have to dig into pages to go where I need to go.
I would like to be able to customize it more to my own questions and needs.
Contact management has become easier and I love the reminders via email.
The simplicity of the interface. I feel that even someone who has never used CRM software before could easily get to grips with how it works without much assistance. It's very intuitive. I also like the simplicity of uploading and managing CSV files and how contacts link to social media. And of course, the customer service is outstanding. Any issue resolved hastily
Maybe a few more tutorials/videos of more advanced features
The organisation and management of lists of contact names and numbers and the opportunity to mass email them. Freshsales has made this problem much more manageable
I recently started a new business and was looking for an easy to use but fully functional customer tracking program. I reviewed many products but when I found FreshSales this was the one for me. I have used it for several months now and am very happy with the product, first class....
Nothing, this is a good program..........I have no complaints with this product........Would recommend for customer tracking

Easy to use. Allows us to reach out to new customers. Like that is connects to Fresh Desk.
Do not dislike, still setting up features and everything is working great.

Fresh sales have a customer friendly team. They are responsive to emails and calls. They are happy to customise the product for your business requirements. They are also frequently adding new services and updating their product

As a new product, they are still building out some features...but they are executing rapidly and brilliantly so I can't complain.

The Task Reminders and Email tracking are some of my favorite features. We don't use FS to our full advantage yet and have discussed learning more about it. Wondering if FS offers a webinar course.
it's hard to easily/quickly find your past call recordings. You have to search through your entire call history to find a call recording to review it rather than simply looking up the phone number.
Organization of leads/sales cycle
Love the simple UI. I personally thought around 15 sales people to use the software.
I don't dislike anything. One suggestion would be to able to have multiple owners for a single lead.
Streamlined sales process. Being a B2C company, we have sales people across cities. Now we can view everything at one place

Still a new platform so there are some developments and integrations that are yet to happen (i.e. Xero and MYOB). I'm confident with time these will be pushed through.
Sales pipeline management. More visibility over
Freshsales makes it incredibly easy to automate the tasks that our sales team encounters every day. From keeping up with old contacts, to importing and updating new leads, we've always been able to quickly control and delegate the sales efforts of our team with Freshsales.
I appreciate Freshsales effort to introduce email marketing campaigns but I believe that there is still some room for improvement from a use-ability standpoint.
FlashFrame has struggled since its inception to market its services, wading through a complicated marketplace with an eclectic group of contacts to find potential buyers and navigate strange relationships . Freshsales's endless customization has enabled us to sift the noise and easily manage contacts with complicated accounts and an ever changing group of contacts.
