The process of converting a lead has a lot of repetitive tasks. Sometimes a lead that is loaded cannot be converted and I end up duplicating the lead. Furthermore, if a lead replies with an additional email i.e they copy a different email address on their replyThere will be a lead created with only an email address as the only details.

The UI, WAY better than Salesforce and much easier to navigate for our sales team. Good visual reports but still a little confusing at times.
It does have a little bit of a learning curve when figuring out what all of the lead > Contact > Account > Deal stages mean but once the software is implemented and customized properly its ok. I think there is also just alot of room for them to improve (like integration with unbounce)

Love the fact that Freshsales is more than just a CRM system. We used Salesforce prior and it was very expensive and not easy to customize like Freshsales. Greatly enjoy the fact that we can track email open rates as well as delivery rates
one of the things I don't like is that when you complete task that pop up... they stay in the notification area... you don't have to the ability to "X" or close out of a notification once you complete it. I also don't like the fact that when you send a large PDF it may not go through.

FreshSales won us over with their great customer support and the ability to customize the interface to suit our business needs.
There are some options we could use without. If we could customize our interface even further by removing those items, that would be great. Their mobile app is not as customizable as their web interface.
We were looking for more automated ways to aggregate our contact info. FreshSales met the goal.
Freshsales app gives our company the simplicity we needed. It cuts out time by incorporating GPS with the appointment calendar.
I have had trouble with the time zone setting in the app.

I don't think I dislike anything yet as we've only been using it for a month so I think there are just areas which are undiscovered, but more video tutorials would be good and integration with other marketing automation systems

Best sales crm tool i have found. Moved from pipedrive across to freshsales because of voip integration and built in workflows for automations and pipeline management. Very clean user interface, great typography and use of white space Knowing Freshworks got 55m funding gives me great confidence in future roadmap
No sms yet. Would be nice to have this communication channel added. Would also like to purchase australian mobile numbers. I use lots of other marketing automation software that has integrations with activecampaign that I am using with some workflows now. It would make life so much easier if all these products integrated with Freshsales directly.
Separating marketing leads from sales leads is great, forcing me to convert them manually to a deal helps maintain a clean CRM of both data sets. Custom Fields and integrations via Zapier are very helpful to build intelligent automated workflows Integrating with other Freshworks products (freshmarketer and freshchat) to take advantage of a deeper stack with freshworks is something I'm testing now. Has become my default recommendation.
It's Heatmap and Polls are the features we really use and find the best.
It could be more seamless in the steps one needs to follow and it could be more personalized.
It helps us in understanding customer behaviour once they are on our website and get a fair idea of the success of that page

It's user-friendly. The visuals are outstanding, and the configuration is fast and easy. We recommend our clients to use Freshsales. Our leads are imported to this CRM, it's a great way to explore the usage statistics of our prospects (logs in, email attachments, last imports, and if they have been contacted technical support). All of this is talking about the trails. We can see if they have used the trials or not. In that way, we can conclude if they are interested in this platform or not without even asking them.
I wish that it can be faster, sometimes is a bit slow. Also, our clients always ask for a native integration with Facebook and social networks in general. And one more thing, the comments section is a bit small and you can't customize the font. These minor details can be fixed quite fast within the next update.
We can analyze the usage of the trials by our prospects and generate strategies by the time we contact them by phone call the next opportunity that arrives. It's a vital feature to know the overall activity that they spend during this period of time.
