Follow ups on non-closed deals, email tracking, and call tracker. I use Gsuite, so integration I tight
The dashboard is a little plain but other then that i am completely satisfied
I used this mainly as a sales pipeline tool so that i could go back and track lost potential sales
Not having to retype your emails in copper because they automatically transfer over.
I have not found anything that I dislike so far!
I am able to make sure that I keep contract dates on top of my list and that is a great benefit in itself.
Copper easily integrates with Google/ Gmail, which is most helpful. Ease of the dashboard is also a huge plus. (I moved from a big, legacy, complicated CRM.)
I wish notes autosaved - have lost a few important notes when drafted and assumed they auto-saved but instead page reloaded and I lost the work.
Customer management, investor pipeline, industry partnership contacts
Pipelines. Because it help us to organize or sort things.
Hoping that it will sort dates based on the importance of the task (none-high)
Tasks. Well it helps me to get on track.
Kanban opportunities view is great. The integrations with tasks is useful for me. Gmail and Copper is what we use as an organization and it is great to have complementary tools.
The reporting features are clunky. Also, adding people and making them leads is unclear how to do that after you've created a person. In fact, I can't figure it out at all after over a year and some google searching.
Easy insignt into pipeline management and reporting. We're able to have people cross-organization look and review our pipeline and stats so that marketing, product and sales are aligned.
I love how very logical Copper is in its layout; made it quick to learn.
When entering a "contact" to a company, Copper should automatically default to filling in the company address for each contact, but give you a chance to change the address info. This would eliminate having to type in the same address every time you add a contact to that company.
Several other web-based CRM products are complex, so they have steep learning curves. That is counter-productive. The logical layout and ease of use of Copper allowed me to become instantly productive, right from the first few minutes. I can operate Copper without thinking about HOW to operate the software. And that's important when you need to get a lot done.
I LOVE the email tracker accept of Copper. Having personalized emails to our accounts has REALLY helped to add that extra touch.
Honestly, I'm pretty happy overall with Copper.
The problem we are solving is keeping track of our accounts. Before Copper, it was just spreadsheets and memory. Using Copper CRM system is REALLY helpful.
Our company uses the Google Suite to operate our business. Copper integrates with Google will and feels like it is part of the Google Suite which makes it easier for the team members to adopt.
I would like to be able to generate proposals and estimating within Copper. It would be great to have a manager's level of ability to create custom reports that are relevant to their department.
A better understanding of the vertical markets where we are successful and should focus our strengths while seeing the areas we could either improve on or maybe aren't a good use of our time to pursue. Also, it has allowed us to integrate our diverse customer offerings to specific customers, to sum this up we have become more integrated.
Copper is user-friendly, has an excellent interface that allows you to easily view all your data, valuable integrations and seamless integration with Gmail.
No downsides. I've never experienced any issues with Copper.
We are tracking oppurtunties & proposals. The opportunities tab allows our company to view what action items are need at a glance.
I like the integration with Gmail. Makes it much simpler and easier to upload information without having to do the manual work.
At times it can be complicated. A simpler version would be useful as at times it can be hard getting others to know where to go look.
Customer information. It is beneficial as I use the information to create customer profiles. Seeing how these customers are interacting with the organization is great.
