One-stop shop for all of my business communication needs! I have everything I need right here along with professional design and content support. Steven, my personal CC advisor, Steven Norman, is so knowledgeable and fabulous. He has helped me to bring 21st-century marketing into an old boomer brick-and-mortar business.

So far, all I can find is the unavailability to schedule repeat posts several times in the future. I understand the appeal to change things up but the algorithm ensures that very few people see all posts so I need to repeat to make sure that my original message gets seen by as many people. I do not have the bandwidth to create new posts each time as my marketing team is just me for strategy, content, graphic production, posting, and analytics.

Having professional-looking templates helps tremendously! I do not have to hire a graphic designer to lay out all of my pages and messages. There is so much involved with using digital media and understanding analytics and CC helps me not only to create messages that I can be proud of but also help me to understand what works and what didn't. It's become a partnership - helping to keep my business relevant in this space.

There's very little that I do not like about Constant Contact. We switched from MailChimp due to that platform's poor UX and UI and their lack of phone support at our level (as well as their unwillingness to make an ADA accommodation concerning their level of support).

I enjoy the ease of its use from the beginner's point of view. It has some step-by-step guides, great-looking templates and makes it easy to start campaigns. Anything from email broadcasts to landing pages that lead to sales pages, Constant Contact gets you started quickly.

While it is great for the beginner, I don't particularly enjoy the inability to really see how my landing page, for example, will look once it is published, while I busy making the necessary changes to the logo. Only the text is visible as I make changes, and this limits me and can be time-wasting in the end. As compared to other software in its league, I hope that this will change in the near future.

Constant Contact allows me to use one platform for my affiliate marketing business. As online entrepreneurs, we need a number of resources to successfully run an automated business that can earn us money while we sleep, travel or spend time with family. To achieve this, we need the ability to create modern-looking landing pages, websites, online stores, lead captures pages, email creation, email campaigns management, managing our subscribers well for the purpose of retargeting, AND having reports on how we are doing as a business. All of this can be done with Constant Contact, which makes like so much easier!

As a long time user of Constant Contact both for my business and a nonprofit association i am part of I appreciate the ease of use, including templates, ability to upload contacts and event management

I would like more options for reports to download for event management - more options for different types of reports that can be broken out by type of registration for example.
