The company is based in a different timezone than ours and sometimes that can be a troublesome, the team still helps us as soon as they can.

We love how they constantly update the product allowing us to offer something new to our users almost regularly. The product has helped our user base to grow immensely, the current users invite newer ones and they do the same helping us grow really well.

We own a financial consultation website and required a chat integration where we could create private password protected groups and allow advisors to connect with users. CometChat let us do exactly the same. We used the monetization features to charge users for every consultation session they took with our advisors. It's simple and effective and has helped us grow.
Easy Integrations and Customization options.

We own a online travel website which is built on Sharepoint and we wanted a chat integration that could let us connect users within the website and allow them to share their experiences. We couldn't find a software that could easily Integrate with Sharepoint until we found CometChat. We contacted the sales team to tell them regarding our requirements after couple of emails with both the sales and support staff. The team assisted us throughout the whole process of installing CometChat on our website. We are pleased with the swift responses.
Plethora of features as compared to other competitors. They have a huge number of features and they Integrate with almost every platform available. We are a community website and the Software integrated easily with our website with no fuss. Our users love the product and all the features that it offers, everything from voice and Video to their Collaboration tools. The features keep our users on the website and help us increase user engagement.
The activation details took time to arrive although it was an issue from paypal. So I dont think CometChat can be blamed.
We have enabled user communication in our website and It has allowed us to increase user engagement and grow our online community. They also allow you to show Advertisements with in chat boxes and that has helped us generate extra revenue.
We are a consultation website and were looking for a Chat Integration that fits with our current website with minimal effort. CometChat did just that it was easy to Integrate and had all the features we needed. We charge people per session and wanted a chat system that could help us do this easily, CometChat has a RBAC feature which allowed us to create a tier of users who could get paid sessions with us. We used this to get regular customers to upgrade to higher tiers. The features are amazing and help us do exactly what we want.
