Probably the way the tool offers to stay in touch with our customers needs. the Custom Activities give us the opportunity to asks feedbacks very frequently and spread the information about our customers needs and reviews. The smartview system is very helpfull to us, as we use it to manage our leads and sort them between timeframe and campaigns, it give us more clarity and a better vision of our business. In the same way, the reporting management is very usefull as it offers to have a lot differents views for differents stakeholders and teams. It's easy to use that and have a look at every responds for a Custom Activities. We asked some help about specific demands for our reporintg to the support, they know how to be fast to respond and very helpfull with our specific demands. We have been helped a lot with our Sales contact to choose the right billing plan for our needs.
The way the tool offers to extract datas, if you need specific informations from Activities, you must have a json file, which it's kind of difficult for us to convert and use. Another thing should be that we can't anymore change the phone number used for sms in our country, as we used that feature a lot, we had the habit of changing our numbers frequently as sometime they get mentioned as spam.
Close help us to manage our leads database and customers. It's easy to follow every step of a sales system through the tasks and reporting systems. The smartview offers the possibiity to regroup our leads, from new ones to older ones, closed deals or in progress ones. Integration with others tools is simple too, such as Calendly that we use for our meetings and calls with customers, every Calendly taken by someone appears directly in our inbox which is time-saving for us, and help us to be more focus on those tasks.
Customer service is very fast and we receive a quality, complete and concise response.

Easy to use. Customer support is always helpful and reacting quickly.
You cannot do much automation and you need to rely on third party tools for that. It improved bit recently with changing the sequences to workflows, but there i still lot of space for improvements.
Leads management and email/sms automation. Implementation of seqeunces (workflows) savfe us a lot of time which we would have to spend on marketing.
Close allows us to segment the leads into separate cohorts based on different attributes like location, type of user, activity, etc., which helps the sales team stay organized and miss no opportunity.
One downside of Close is its limitation when it comes to caller ID. Our phone number will often come through as Spam, and unfortunately, that's a big negative for outbound sales calls.
Close can capture all of our new sign-up leads, and with the API integration, we can also capture their performance on the product in real time, which is extremely important for the sales and account management team. The fact that we can call, text and email all through Close is also a big plus; as mentioned, the only downside would be the called ID coming up as a Scam like many times.
It's fairly easy to use, very straight forward and looks very good.
Lots of filters you need to put in to filter out bad/non good prospects.

I've used many CRMs before like Salesforce and Hubspot but Close is by far the most simple platform to use. Love the filters and lists you can apply to streamline my sales pipeline.
Quite often texts get stuck in draft mode without me knowing which is not good for keeping communication flowing with prospects and clients. Links also sometimes have errors when sending texts
TIME. It saves me a ton of time as a consultant by automating follow-ups and by allowing me to create my own templates that can easily be selected to import into a message.
Close's Support team is outstanding! Also, getting started with Close was very quick and easy - including importing data, configuring user accounts and up Email and Phone integration.
Some seemingly minor enhancements which would improve usability are on the development roadmap, but with no ETA.

It is very easy to lose leads. Since they do not have all the other services of other CRMs you end up using a lot of 3rd parties and it can get messy.

There is a serious lack of native integrations. And I'm having issues with nearly every Zapier + Close automation I try making. On a positive note, their support team has been great in helping to solve these things.
As a Sales Executive, it's crucial to have a CRM that works well. As a small, scrappy start-up, it's crucial to have fair-priced tools. Close does a good job hitting both of these needs.

Creating leads Following up on the leads creating Opportunities which are very visible and easy to use
Love that it integrates with Calendly and Zoom so I can just click the link to join my scheduled Zoom a couple minutes before it begins. I also like that it's easy to create categories to sort prospects into, and the general intuitive ease of use.
The biggest missing for me is integration with FB Messenger. Have to use a different CRM to track Messenger conversations. I dislike the fact that they don't have an obvious way to submit suggestions right from the desktop app (it's easy, but not obvious). That's a huge missing that would drastically improve their product. They also said, when I suggested they make text templates (just like they have email templates) that they hadn't gotten enough customer inquiries to create that feature yet. Seems like a no-brainer to me. There are also small missings like when I text someone, if they have, say, an office phone and a mobile phone, but the office phone is listed first, it'll try to text their office phone instead of smartly assuming it's the mobile number I want to text. Editing contact information is a little clunky, but doable.
Close provides a good way to store customer information and sort prospects. The filters are nice. It's nice we can see the interaction history with the prospect regardless of who interacted.
