The dashboard is clear and precise. Clickable everywhere for detailed info. I like the newly added G2 intent data feature. Clearbit also helps me to keep an eye on our direct competitors.
Quality of leads is sometimes questionable. The target audience isn't always tight. The pricing is a little much for small start-ups and smaller teams. There should be some level of data validation since many leads provided aren't accurate.
Clearbit can be used to reach or target higher-level executives from a company. I use this mostly for escalations. I find it better than SimilarWeb for identical features and for our use-case.
Spot on targeting on Facebook. The ability to add Job functions and titles really helps narrow down the targeting
This is limited only to Facebook and only retargeting audiences can be used on Google Ads

As a fairly young startup, Clearbit has been instrumental in unlocking insight and visibility into our ideal customer profile, which is vital for marketing and sales initiatives. Using Clearbit's enrichment solution, we have not only been able better understand who is using our platform but have also been modeling that data to continue to grow our user base.
So far, I have not encountered any significant limitations while using Clearbit. There have been some delays in configuring the API integration internally, but Clearbit's Integration and CS teams have really stepped up to help provide interim solutions while we work on getting the API activated.
Clearbit has helped us hone in on and focus our marketing and sales efforts on prospective customers that align with our ICP. It has also provided some fascinating insight that has aided product/feature development.
We love using this to shorten forms on our website. Works great, and as a long-time Clearbit user, I can say it definitely is more seamless than it used to be. Also, very accurate and up to date company size info.

Form fill completion rates, data accuracy. This helps us because it means our form conversion rates are higher, forms are less annoying for our users, and we can route users to the right place based on highly accurate data.
CLearbit for gmail and the clearbit X is simply easy to use and you can enhance the data just by URL/Email/ or even with just the company name is enough the data is Dynamic too
with this you can't simply view already prospected data on the go you have to go through all the filters again to get the right POC for the next time too , that makes bit difficult to use
We generally do not fish in bulk, for a specific POC with all the criteria in mind we able to get the right person,s contact with clearbit the same applies for any company too
The total # of available data attributes, data accurateness + ease of field mappings and backfilling (manual or scheduled),
Parent/Child hierarchy information is a bit lacking. Parent company email domain is available, but I've seen it missing in many cases and wish I could automate to update Account hierarchies in Salesforce.

Our experience has been good and satisfactory. We have not presented any problems with this great platform, however the information is not 100% accurate, even sometimes we need to validate and update the information again.

When an account/lead is linked it does tend to be cumbersome to update the email address if it already exists and tied to another account.

I liked being able to see company email formats. The prospects I was looking for generally returned good results. The most accurate tool I've used so far to find emails. Clearbit appeared to have the highest success rate when compared to the other tools online. The information provided allows our sales team to make more educated decisions.
Sometimes you will receive emails for employees that are no longer active with the company. This affects your reputation as a bad domain if you're sending emails through gmail rather than a third party email tool like Tout or Salesloft. The layout of the tool could use some improvement.
We needed a way to find emails for our outbound strategy, FAST. Clearbit has been a cost-effective solution for our team. We realize that the benefits of deploying Clearbit include, but are not limited to: increased time spent selling rather than prospecting, increased efficiency in outbound email campaigns, decreased our bad reputation as a spammy domain.
