I love that I can make my schedule and send out information at the click of one button! It is easy to work with and very user-friendly for clients! I will never go back to other products! Calendly has changed my work-life balance in the best way!

I do not care for the new update for scheduling.

It is allowing my clients to choose a time and day that works best for them! I do not have to chase people down for meetings because they can make it work on their schedule.

It saves me so much time; the days of back-and-forth emails to set a call time are gone.

I travel to other time zones a lot, so having to set changes that is sometimes a pain, but I could just set up the same event for each timezone.

I mostly use it to speak with business partners or employees

calendly allows people to schedule me without my interaction 99% of the time...it also automates client follow up with emails going out before and start meetings automatically

Nothing, it really saves me a tremendous amount of time.

I use Calendly to allow students to schedule appointments with me for advising. I save a tremendous amount of time by having them access my calendar directly. The reminder emails also cut down on students missing appointments.

I like the simplicity. Keeping it simple is key for me.

I find out about different use cases by accident. It would be nice to have a periodic overview of how the various tools integrate and solve various problems.

Saves time and aggrivation.

I love that families can pick a time that works for them, and adjust their selection (reschedule) if needed. It is also super easy for me to set up!

The only "downside" I have found is that if I forget to block my calendar, families can schedule for a time I'm technically not available. I don't see this as being a failure on the end of Calendly, though (user-error).

Instead of having to discuss availability back-and-forth, I can send the appointment link directly to a family and have them pick a time that works for them!

Calendly is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and the customer service is the best out there. Any issues in scheduling I've had they have been so helpful and very focused on our business needs to indivually help us with our goals. The Round Robin feature has been very helpful.

Integration can be tricky when having to combine multiple calenders but once we figured out we have been able to pretty easily manuever and schedule.

We needed to schehdule multiple meetings and have them evenly distributed among several team members. Calendly allowed us to do this effortlessly and take the headache out of trying to know everyones different availability.

Calendly makes it really helpful to communicate with my families by setting up multiple meetings. It allows for quick arrangements of a meeting.

I have not had the time to fully learn about it. I am not sure if this is a feature- where you can send your calendar availability and two parents (divorced) can choose the same time slot without me having to call each familiy individually.

Calendly lets me schedule appointments at a great speed rather than calling families individually to make appointments.

I love that it save so much time in getting meetings set up. Ive been using the tool for over 4 years now. The chrome ext is also a big help. Hubspot integration works great and i was ale to get it up an running in 30 mins.

I wish the team functionality was easier to migrate from multiple individual business accounts.

You can send a client a link to your Calendly calendar and they can pick a time that matches your availability to theirs. No back and forth emails or texts or calls. Send the link, they pick, and you're all set. I was able to set it up in minutes. Now I use it every day.

I haven't really found a down side in the months I've used Calendly.

Calendly saves a lot of time by limiting the amount of time you spend scheduling meetings, setting up meetings, adding them to calendars, etc. You simply add a link to your email, everything else is done for you when someone picks a scheduled time.

Ease of use, group features/team, polls, fast support, streamlined meeting scheduling (self-service). It is easy yo also integrate with the systems with the various apps/ and I use it almost every day. With the preintegration with Gmail and Google Calendar - it makes my life much better.

Actually - not a lot ... Calendly gives you exactly what you need.

The ability to offer time slots, how it automatically send out google calendar confirmations and more over I just discover the zoom links feature. In which the users get a unique zoom link. Its awesome!

There is nothing I dislike but if I may make a suggestion, I would like to see more colors options so I can color code groups

Calendly has been a game changer in our business. Making it easy, convenient and quick for clients to book a meeting. The functionality is impressive with the variety of reminders, advanced scheduling and third party integrations. I've already recommend it to plenty of other people!

Genuinely can't think of anything. Maybe the ability to make your landing page and booking pages more visual.

What I like best about Calendly is that I have control of my availability and how I also can make myself available to my connections.

I don't appreciate that on a Free account I only can set up 1 event. I feel I should have the option to at least have 2-3 before I have to upgrade.

I've solved the problem that new candidates/business clientele or anyone who does want to speak with me about a job or me to Staff for them can now have an option to connect with me in a quicker process and a professional look for my being more reputable.

No need to worry about timezones or the back and forth or suggesting various meeting times. Takes all the hassle out of scheduling!

I can't say there is anything I dislike about Calendly, it's made me life so much easier!

I was wasting so much time going back and forth with prospects to find a date/time that works best for both of us. This way, there is no back and forth - just send them the link and they can select the time that works best for them, regardless of timezone. Also love that we can add UTM parameters so I can drop my Calendly, forget about it, and then still be able to track where the lead came from once they book.

The best part about Calendly is the flexibility in scheduling and the ease in time that it takes to coordinate meetings---a true game changer. Anyone who hasn't tried this service yet is working harder, not smarter,

So far, nothing! Everything has worked well for me.

Time mabagement and follow up tasks have been cut down by Calendly tremendously.
