Calendar has a lot of features that honestly surprised me, but I enjoyed its Analytics feature the most. It lets me see my most attended meeting types, my attended/reject/missed statistics, and the people I spend meetings with often.
Nothing right now. I got what I expected from Calendar, and I was even surprised with how simple yet well-built its features are.
I'm part of a remote team and a freelancer, and I also give speeches every now and then. Calendar helps in making sure that I don't forget or miss any of these.
I love the user experience of calendar.com! It allows for scheduling to be made easy, which is something most people have as a part of their workload. It also takes the idea that "sending someone a calendar link is impersonal" and turns it on its head. You can book a time to meet at any of a person's favorite restaurants, and other pre-selected locations near them, and I find that an extremely cool feature!
no clear downsides in my opinion, even if your office has one or two people that manage schedules for the whole team, this tool will bring peace of mind that things will remain organized. Which is something that is invaluable in the world today!
My scheduling no longer takes time out of my schedule, and now I can focus my energy where it's needed most!
There are so many apps and products trying to improve the way we schedule our time. Calendar.com is the first one I've found that brings together all the various things I need to make everything easy and help me better use my time.
It's a new product and you can tell some features are still in progress. But their support team is so fast and responsive that it hasn't been a problem.
- Brings together a number of tools I was using in one place - Analytics to track and better understand my time
Calendar.com makes it easy to manage a busy briefing schedule and report meeting stats in a simple, clean interface.
I haven't come across anything I don't like. I'd love to be able to tie Calendar.com into Due.com as well as into a small business CRM so I can keep my notes in a relationship management solution.
I have a better sense of how I'm using my time.
As per my views, everything is best in Calendar. As Calendar Analytics says, see exactly where your time is going, I and my team have identified system loopholes with the help of this app. It has helped save several hours that go in planning and scheduling team meetings and find an appropriate location. I feel everything is in place now with Calendar Analytics.
I like every bit of Calendar features.
With the help of Calendar, now I don’t waste time on unnecessary things. I audit my time and schedule my team meetings with it. Now I have plenty of time that I had been wasting before using it.
It actually shows me the breakdown my time spent in meeting in the analytics. No other calendar has this. I'm big on auditing where I spend my time so that I am able to optimize it. With Google calendar I have to scour through everything to do this, its a big pain
It's not as well known as Google calendar yet so small learning curve with the team
Being able to audit my time with the analytics feature
I love the way it syncs. Google is problematic because I have multiple Gmail and Google App accounts. Instead of having everything sync together, often I just see that my imported items show up as "busy", instead of showing the actual info. Calendar lets me sync everything in one place, so I no longer need to bounce back and forth among multiple (10+) Google Calendars.
I can't think of much. Calendar keeps releasing new features on a weekly basis. I"m impressed with the team and their support staff.
The problems that it solves is syncing. I also love the analytic tools which show me how I'm spending my day.
I love the transcriptions solution so I can go back and reference things I said during meetings.
Dying for the Android mobile app to come out! Support says it's coming soon.
Quickly scheduling meetings and keeping records of meetings.
Calendar makes my life so much easier. A simple calendar app that manages my multiple calendars is a huge benefit. Also, it's reliable and it works. Half the time my current calendar app doesn't send me notifications or reminders. It's so frustrating.
I haven't experienced any significant issues yet. The signup and integration process is easy. The app does what it's designed to do...so not too much to report on the disliking side of things.
The biggest benefit is reliability and ease of use. I use my calendar all the time and it's so hard to manage multiple calendars. I've used other apps but the UI is terrible or the app is unreliable. Calendar has made an app that is easy to use, reliable and actually helps me manage my time.
The simplicity of staying organized with Calendar makes it the best.
Nothing. A great product. Can’t wait to see what comes next.
Staying organized and maintaining a strong schedule.
Calendar is an easy online planner for anyone who is trying to juggle a handful of things. I love its sleek interface and minimalistic style.
I wish you could change the color of the design, or even the font. Otherwise it is hard to find a problem with this wonderful app.
I am able to better budget my time by using Calendar, and with such ease! I have realized its easy to set up locations for events and have a reminder set to ensure leaving on time.
I use the recurring events a lot on Google Calendar, it helps me organize my weekly and monthly schedules. I also like to change the color of my events, it provides an easy-to-read timetable. But adding reminders that will pop up on my smartphone is the best, along with sending emails. Another great feature is the auto-import for flight and hotel reservations from Gmail.
Importing external events (.ics files) is not that easy, I would like a better UX, for better interoperability. I would also like a feature to sort events based on colors (vacation, work, health, etc.).
Calendar helps me save time daily and keep track of my schedule, the interface is well designed and everything is synchronized to my Google account, on my phone and laptop. Recurring events are good to help me be rigorous, for Dollar Cost Averaging in investment for instance. I also used a lot calendar within my university, to keep track of my classes and exams.
The ease of calendar is what makes this piece of technology so useful. Its bright, and easy to navigate, adding your information isn't an issue, and really, almost anyone can use it and access it.
I haven't found anything yet I dislike about it.
I am using it to sort my day, clients, projects, deliverables and my own personal calendar. Having it all in one place has been wildly helpful.
Easy and straightforward, clutter-free UI which provides robust and flexible features to handle your days' events.
Sometimes it's hard when you have overlapping events it would be great if it provides some warning for overlapped and also better UI for overlapping events.
You are keeping track of your day-to-day activities and events along with your personal and professional time schedules.
Calendar allows you to see who you are meeting with for the month or week. Most of clients have calendar and it allows me to share our meeting times to make sure they wont miss it. Easy to navigate and use. Lets you color code for easy organization. You can share emails along with meetings, which is nice.
I wish you could share your whole calendar with colleagues, or even give them a time do book a meeting with your available times slots. I think Calendar needs some more tools for those who are in the workforce. I wish Calendar would tell you when you overbooked.
The problem I am solving with Calendar is how not to use a third party when it comes to clients seeing my times available.
We don’t double book appointments and we don’t have issues with booking meetings with any of our clients. Calendar recognizes time zone differences and it’s been a joy to use for both us and the clients who book meetings with us.
Calendar takes a bit to see just how useful it is. The more you use it, the better it gets, so you may not see the value after just a few days of use. However, after a while, you will find it irreplaceable.
A couple of our team members use Calendar for work, including myself, and I have to say that the experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Before, we used Google Calendars, but nowadays we get so much more done with Calendar.
Calendar integrates with your existing calendar from Google, Apple and Office 365. Reduces the loss of time that arises from failures and losses in our production capacity. Calendar can review your calendar to make smart suggestions thanks to its interaction with AI. Provides in-depth and analytical analysis to track the effectiveness of meetings held. It gives us smart suggestions on when, where and how to schedule a meeting. You will be able to know if your team is working on your priorities or not.
It has some synchronization problems. It has so many options that sometimes it is difficult to know them all.
Time is money says an old proverb and the business world knows what it means. And so do we in the small universe of our private lives.
Its about its easy integration with my Google calendar
May be laggy at times but fine by me and still a better option
Its about readiness for my daily goals and targets
Watching all your meeting schedule at one place, schedule new stuff and inform others with a click
Compact view is not a treat to eyes <10%
Integrated product for scheduling, viewing schedules, reports
the way it helps in creating time slots to plan meeting is superb
The interface could be improved, it is not that appealing
it helping me organize meetings effectively
