Unfortuantely information cannot be quickly transferred from an old program.

Big time is helpful in providing a consolidated place to track expenses and time for accurate billing. This helps my organization by ensuring that wip is accounted for and the efficiency of company resources.

You can't print reports right from Big Time. You need to export them into Word or Excel to be printed.

We've had BT for over a year, and it has never worked fully for us. We have had multiple issues from setup to current. The chat support is good, but all other levels of support really lack. It has never been right. We were promised certain functionality that never was implemented.

Since I started the program, I have been unable to correctly run a single payroll. Constant technical problems have plagued this app. I am so frustrated!

I thought moving from QB Time to Big Time would solve problems. It only created new ones.

Not much was worth it. At our size, I was sold "it would do what i need," and when it didn't I was told tough luck.

The number of membership levels is too rigid.

Time management, invoicing, and project management all are streamlined through Big Time.
