Its an awesome software with great features. Only suggestion is to bring in better autoadjusting video clarity in case the internet speed is low.

It took some adjusting from other platforms

I found out about Big Marker years ago in a peer group that was collectively using Dubsado. What stood out was the sheer number of customization options. It looked overwhelming, but I love the granular settings that make it look like I’ve built my own webinar platform.

It’s still lacking on the marketing side as this platform seems to be targeted to educational institutions and other types of lecture-type educators who aren't necessarily intent on making a sale. For example, there are limited pop-up options for a classic 2-step option -- the flow doesn't quite add up, and it's yet to be adjusted despite tickets.

I'm hosting educational webinars but the hosts are typically digital marketers. I love all the webinar types, including a meeting room. The fact that it has group meetings, live webinars, evergreen webinars, and summit options really makes this a powerhouse. They do need more "marketers" on their team.

It is easy to hold online meetings that are interactive with Big Marker. The fact that it has marketing automation features built in makes it a great marketing tool, since this eliminates the need for multiple platforms. Its also easy to use which is always a plus. I like the ability to add slides and calls to action in the middle of a meeting or webinar theyre still one of the only platforms that do it.

The platform was new to me when I first began using it, so I would say it needs a better onboarding process. Furthermore, I would like to see more communication with their user community and to see more features for YouTube channels.

It's a very easy way to host online meetings without downloading other programs. The evergreen webinars could really be a business in itself if set up properly it is a very useful feature, and previously recorderded meetings can turn into content for those as a series

That it is super easy to use and very stable when you run your webinar

I wouldn't say that I "dislike" but it would be awesome to have Spanish customer support.

The main thing is I can run webinars with my private community and having better and more professional contact with them, because when you run a business online that is an important point. Besides, I can give small online workshops having a similar feeling that you get face to face.

It is easy to use, it didn't cost nearly as much as other platforms, and it has tons of tools.

I have had a few issues with the meetings feature, but I bought BigMarker for webinars.

The first thing I liked the most is that how comfortable it is to use this service, there is no need to download anything to get started. The UI is pretty clean and user-friendly. I loved how minimal and functional it is. And their wonderful support to clear all your queries.

Two personal things that I felt missing - 1) A good mobile app 2) A custom domain name feature

Since BigMarker can be configured anywhere easily, it's pretty useful when I'm travelling or when I'm using my teammate's computer. This is my complete solution for all the webinars we conduct with our clients and also along with our teammates.

BigMarker is very easy to setup (once you follow there guide). The learning curve is really easy. Support is really quick on answering questions and helping out fixing mistakes I made setting up a new conference.

The things I didn't like they have already fixed. i.e. the chat function was not really obvious especially the functions. But after a few alterations I am very content with the app.

I can give courses and trainings withou a hassle. I really love the way BigMarker guides you through the process of setting up a webinar. It made me confident that I wanted to use Big Marker for good instead of Zoom.
