This is a highly visual software that makes it very easy to understand your business progress with your contacts/customers, Bigin is a very intuitive application that allows you to set up your CRM, easily add contacts, offers, and more, details: Report screens are a great way to see how your company is performing. What I like most about Bigin is how well it stores important information that you need to have on hand at all times, I like the simplicity and the ability to quickly enter information about contacts, offers, and other information, I love the ability of Zoho CRM's Bigin to automatically track contacts based on specific criteria in the Zapier integration that integrates with other business solutions I use.
Bigin lacks several functionality because it is a simple program, making it harder to automate when compared to a comprehensive CRM solution, If there was anything I could enhance, it would be the ability to add more custom fields for Contacts, Deals, and Companies. I would also want to have a cleaner display of the deals page, and there should be an easier method to submit notes and have them visible when you go to any transaction in particular.

This is one of the best CRM app for small business. I have been trying various methods such as google sheets etc. and also tried various apps, but this works so well.

Bigin is very easy to setup and use with. You can setup your custom steps in the funnel. Also by using Bigin it is very easy to give attention to every customer and make custom notes about the customer needs. They have priced the product very aggressively.
The downside about the product is lack of payment integration within the funnel confirming about the payment received from the customer. Also, the mobile application needs some enhancements to performance.
We have to talk to customers on a daily basis and join them on our platform, it involves multiple rounds of meetings and negotiations. Uisng Bigin we are able to manage the details in a simple way.
