I especially like how Apollo can do data enrichment: it has a large database of company and contact information, allowing us to access accurate and up-to-date data for our prospecting efforts.
There aren't any downsides, other than the program is so powerful and comprehensive that it's quite difficult to master it. However, there are a lots of tutorials and documentation that help unexperienced users.
We wanted a one-stop solution where we could focus all our prospecting and outreach efforts. We definitely feel more productive since we started using Apollo.

I love the access to contacts that I get through Apollo. As a business owner, I always brainstorm ideas on how to grow my network, and Apollo easily gave me that access. There were specific brands and people I didn't think I could ever get in touch with, with whom I have WANTED to get in touch for the longest time. And much thanks to Apollo, I can do that. With its available tools, Apollo is also set up to motivate you to generate leads and grow your business. I've never been as productive as when I started to use Apollo. I went from struggling to send 20 outreach emails to now quickly sending 60+.
It's a little overwhelming initially, and you don't know where to start. I have never used a platform like this, so it was very new to me. There's nothing I necessarily dislike; it just takes a while to figure out how to use it. Also unsure why it relies on credits to use the platform. I was a little turned off by that, but started doing tasks to accrue my credits.
Apollo is giving me access to contacts I did not have before. Growing my network with Apollo and its contact database is infinitely growing my clientele and getting my business in front of people I didn't have access to before. It's helping my business gain more visibility.
Love the interface, most accurate and up to date tool I've used thus far. The extensions and seamless integration it has with google chrome as well as hubspot is awesome.

Two things come to my mind: 1. Affordable Pricing: As we are a startup trying to get our foothold in the market, the very cheap plans and the quite scrupulous free plan is a boon in disguise. 2. Network Database & Search Engine: It is so easy to build customer personas and filter out the exact profile you are looking for to connect. I am just amazed.
I don't think I have anything wrong to say about Apollo.io. Every day is a learning opportunity for me, and I am amazed by the domain's tools. The only thing is dislike is that I didn't found it sooner.

The apollo application is very easy to use. You will be guided on how you can install and have it added to the chrome extension. Once done, it will automaticall generate the information you needed such as email and phone number.

Apollo is an extremely powerful tool not only on the lead generation front as it helps to find accurate contact information but also to set up cadences and task based activities. I had a contact information accuracy of 40% before Apollo and now it's right around 80%. Easy to use tool, love working on it. Always will recommend everyone to try it out once.
Sometimes, some contacts are a bit harder to find and Apollo doesn't pull data from some websites. Not something to die for but if that were on, Apollo would be the OG go to tool for everyone.
