Airmeet's speed meeting and social lounge features are the best of its features.
1. Cannot delete created links or data. 2. All data is archived and viewable to Airmeet. 3. One necessarily needs to log in to use it. 4. You get constant marketing emails to which you can't unsubscribe. 5. It's a browser-only application, 'Speakers' necessarily have to use a browser. The mobile app is very minutely functional and can only be used by attendees. 6. The pricing packages are very limiting too.

Airmeet's best feature are the tables in the video lounge with chairs, and the listing of people on the platform by an icon on the right side of the screen. It brings the virtual event to life, shows the size of the event, and it allows people to interact randomly with each other.
I run a large Expo with thousands of attendees and up to 100 presentations in up to 8 tracks over a weekend. The Airmeet Summit platform has this capability, but the tools to manage it were primitive when I used it in March. To much manual work to load presentations. The video library is useless with 100 presentations, since it did not sort them, or allow me to attach them to the presentations before live moment when the presentation was supposed to start. It really screwed things up and damaged our reputation as an event creator. My Expo was in North America. This was known to Airmeet management. They hosted my huge event on their Bangalore servers. Hosting in Bangalore instead of the USA caused delays and poor quality to my attendees in the USA. I love the backstage idea for the presentation system and that it is possible to combine an imported video with a live presentation. We were on the bleeding edge of Airmeet's technology last time. Here are the problems: Anyone who operated the backstage had to be a system administrator, not just for the presentation, but for my entire account that has many events. Only an adminstrator can pull a video from the video library and start it backstage. The video library was not sorted in alphabetical order. I could not present and leave a video in their specific presentations before the event started. These backstage problems caused delays and confusion to my presenters and moderators. At the end of my Expo weekend, I had over 80 administrators on my account that could make any changes to my running expo and any changes to my Airmeet account. Presentations are key at my Expo and the damage from a clunky backstage management made it a disaster. We had a hard time recovering and only got 2/3 of the customers returned to our next event in August 2021. I would return to Airmeet in a second if Airmeet made the following upgrades: Tag an attendee as a presenter, using email address login, for specific sessions giving them back stage control for their session only. Tag an attendee as a host (moderator), for the specific sessions giving them backstage control for their sessions only. Allow both presenter and host to have full backstage controls. Do not make anyone except my staff and me administrators on my administrator account. Allow me to assign a level of administrator, to my staff, that does not have my access to billing and other functions. Allow me to pre-load my 80 + presentations using a spreadsheet with links to all uploaded material, including videos, presenter pictures, and collateral. If the video has to be on the platform, then use the Vimeo or Youtube link to import it into the presentation. Presentation name| Start Date and Time| Presentation Summary| Presenter Name| Presenter Email| Presenter Picture Link| Presenter Collateral Play the videos from Vimeo and YouTube Links instead of loading on the platform. Allow me to add load 1 to 5 videos using my spread sheet to play in sequence at the start time. Start the session exactly on schedule with our manual intervention. The host and presenter can enter the backstage while the video is playing. For the lounges: Allow me to tag individual attendees with specific privilidges, without making them administrators. Manage specific tables to change logos and names, as well as moderate table sessions. Moderate system chat.
Making the event feel like something other than a Zoom conference. I want to see that other people are in the "event".
The statistics of the meeting, attendees and related details in a graphical manner.
That the overall design and overall navigation are hopelessly confusing and not user-friendly at all. Video quality is ordinary and sound settings are very limited for a pro-level. There is an unduly lengthy sign-in process for every log-in, which is a huge put-off. Very limited in-meeting options for reactions and lively participation is not even. considered while designing this.
It is not solving any major problem and not any of the problems that are not already solved by other apps. It is a limiting experience and a killjoy for a meeting. It is not benefiting me at all.
user-friendly interface, interactive features, ease of use, and the ability to host virtual events seamlessly.
"Instead of registering, if we can directly click on the link to enter the meeting, and the platform can be more compatible with the Safari browser.
Userfriendly
One of the best features of Airmeet is the user experience. It is simple. The customer support is amazing. The 24x7 support tables allow a face-to-face conversation that usually ends in a quick resolution. If the support person doesn't know the answer, they follow up in a timely fashion. Greatly appreciated!
I would like to see more features to add during the events. Such as, banners that can be taken on and off the screen, transition videos, etc. There is also a strange thing that happens with the Hubspot integration. It is a must to set up the Hubspot contact list immediately before marketing the event. The push from Airmeet does not work correctly with Hubspot.
Airmeet has solved most of the issues that have come up. We had an issue during one of our multi-session events that was caused by a 3rd party. Airmeet provided a solution for the first part of our next event to make sure it went smooth. That was appreciated.
The ability to have attendees meet in small groups and having booth exhibitors set up their own booth. Multiple ways for attendees to engage with each other and with company sponsors at the event
The register interest button not automatically sending the results to the booth exhibitors.
Having people meet in small groups at tables is great because it is straightforward and does not leave people waiting to be matched with someone in the way that 1:1 networking does.
It includes continuous roadmap development and responsive customer care.
Nothing so far the features are progressing as per the promise
Interacting online with students through Covid Physical restrictions.
The backstage feature is excellent in the case of online conferences. It allows the speakers to discuss and test the systems effectively before the event. The audience does not have to be held in a waiting room while that is happening.
The requirement of high-quality internet connectivity is challenging for developing country participants. It is ok if the participant is only a listener/observer but it makes it practically impossible to operate for a speaker.
Organsing national/international meetings and conferences is an important part of my work. Face to face meetings are more effective but prohibitively expensive. Online meetings are cheaper/free but not always effective. Airmeet provides a way to organise very effective and productive meetings and conferences at a much lower cost than face to face events.
Modern features that work reliably and as expected.
Some limitations for customisation, such as backgrounds and word limits.
Virtual events have become very easy to setup, and we're able to cover a variety of event types and sizes, from simple single livestreams to full conferences.
To be able to explore multiple features of Airmeet. Like tables, backstage, chat polls, & displaying question boards on-screen during meetings.Hide/show participants count etc etc.
It takes a little time to get equipped with Airmeet completely. Even if the host gets used to it, the participants take time, especially settling into tables during the meeting. It would be great if we could have a pop-up tip box whenever the user hovers over a specific feature.
The fact is that AIrmeet is not like any other video conferencing tool. To be able to feel the real meeting experience. Unlike other tools, I see Airmeet benefitting as it provides room for double-way conversation between the speakers and the participants more effectively and efficiently.
We love the features such as polls, alerts, emojis. The platform gave us an incredibly engaging experience with our audience.
There's anything I don't like about Airmeet.
Hosting a webinar with more than 300 people, more than 14 speakers could be very challenging. But Airmeet gave us the benefits we were looking for.
Good for company events and conferences also if someone is having webinars in company. Nice engagement options and networking lounges and good. Fluid space is one the one we liked.
UI could have been a bit better also transitions between events. One feature that could be added is deleting events rather than archiving which creates confusion
I already mentioned above it solves engagement and networking for a company. A good tool for having company and org-wide events. Fluid space and lounge solves as a ice breaking in sessions
I loved the versatility of the platform and the ability to easily meet with presenters before their timeslots began. As a moderator is gave me immense peace of mind that we were able to test all the AV details in situ and immediately transfer to the public presentation
The lounge was less useful than I had hoped. It would be lovely if we could automatically transfer remaining presentation attendees to a custom lounge where they could continue to chat with the presenter in an unmoderated fashion until all questions were answered. That way the moderator could move on to the next event without interrupting the conversation.
Virtual conferences are becoming more and more normalized and we desperately need software like Airmeet to satisfy those needs.
It can handle a lot of participants in an event with participants having private video chats in many different rooms at once. The stability of such a complex video platform is impressive and very important for anyone who is running any event or class, especially if you have paying customers. The last thing you want when running an event is for there to be a problem with the delivery of your event on the day of, when you already have so much else you have to deal with. If you were to have a problem, they have 24/7 video chat support that can help you. Airmeet is such an impressive and intuitive event platform that all the participants of your event will be super impressed at how professional and cool your event is. I have personally been impressed with how fast the continued development of Airmeet has been. It seems like every week I log in there is a new major update released with an impressive feature I never even thought of, but makes your events better. Can say enough good things about my experience so far with Airmeet. It's so freaking good!
Nothing I dislike, but there are a couple of features I requested that are based on some of the new things they added that I'm hoping they'll add. Little things like adding a timer countdown option to the announcements to tell your attendees that a session will be beginning soon.
Being able to run events with many tables (think of an event with a bunch of tables you would go to, to meet other people - like a breakout room in zoom).
I love the ease of use most of all. It's easy to implement.
The only downside is that I sometimes struggle to find the instruction materials I need. BUT I always quickly get help whenever I reach out.
Airmeet solves the problem of connecting more effectively with our member commmunity.
Nice looking landing page builder, signup management, backstage experience for host and speakers, ability to upload pre-recorded videos, Q&A feature with upvoting and stage display, polling feature, after event report summary and data
Annual commitment for paid plans. Would have loved if there was a shorter term or a one-time event option, saw this advertised on the site but the call didn't go well so seems a bit like false advertising
Webinars. We did a product launch webinar with airmeet and it was pretty simple to onboard and get set up so that was great, the event went well with no tech hiccups too
Q&A Feature, this made it easy for our users to ask questions.
It was a bit difficult and confusing to try and link it to other registration platforms.
Not sure.
Great UI Intuitive Waiting rooms User friendly workflow
Nothing to dislike about Airmeet, it's a great product
Group meeting
Easy to use with great features for sharing content and engaging with the audience. We share presentations, videos, and utilize reports to measure engagement. The branding opportunities are great too.
There is a delay of a few seconds when sharing a screen or bringing on a new speaker. The "add to calendar" feature can be a bit wonky if you have a multi-day event (say one that starts on a Friday and another on a Monday - it books out your whol weekend instead of only adding the Friday/Monday session).
This platform is used primarily for internal company town hall events. It is a great way to connect team members without having to mute participants or compete with background noise.
