I would like gamification added to Connect to add a level of engagement.

The biggest problem we're solving is being able to train our employees virtually. The pandemic has made in-person training out of the question. Adobe Connect has enabled our organization to continue our learning schedule without interruption.

Even the participation from the team is better like this they can share their knowledge with the others. Sharing documents are very simple The security behind the access of the rooms is very easily handled. Clear sound on meetings, even with some delays. The sharing screen made my life easier since we work at home, I can share something or do proper coaching easily, with this to give examples in life.

Legacy on the breakouts rooms, when we are more than 6-7 people with the cameras on and sound. The pop-up when someone is trying to enter In adobe room could be longer. We could have a feature to have some games to ensure the good team spirit. The recorded meetings, at least for me take a long time to do the updates of it, but it can be my internet that is too slow. Another thing that could be implemented, on meetings with the webcams on, who Is speaking should appear in bigger than the others. Like this, we could have a better understanding of who is speaking. When we are sharing our screen, the sound should be share too. More specifically, when I am sharing my screen of a call that has been recorded, it should share, the sound too and not just the screen. For the agents are able to listen to the call, I must give control of my screen to them, and, because of my position, this is too risky.

Quick transmission of the information. Quick getting information in a short period of time with the pods. Support for the teams with the chats and private chats. Quick meetings are done, due to the breakouts rooms. Sharing documents with some concerned people is very quick.

The ability to offer different interactive elements in a synchronous session when teaching online courses and workshops.

We haven't yet sorted out better audio with our Adobe Connect - we have to use phone-in for our participants. In the process of sorting this out.

The cost in relation to other similar platforms, is much higher, it is necessary to make the prices a little more accessible.

With this application we are training and educating health professionals for best practices, both in Mexico and in other countries of the World.

It is a quite complete tool and has allowed the team to have meetings while taking care of their privacy and security. Since the company sent us home, due to the pandemic this software has helped us to keep the meetings at a distance, what we like the most is the fact of having different rooms to meet, being able to share screen, and send us files in real time, which has made it possible for us to hold meetings, group or personalized with each member of the department, so that the workflow is maintained even if it is a remote work. Surveys and questions are among the best features, since they allow team members to give their opinions during the meeting without causing interruptions, thus overcoming the barrier of distance that we currently present worldwide.

The negative aspect of Adobe Connect is that it requires time and practice to be understood, so it took us a couple of days to adapt to its interface. But once you learn how to use it, it becomes much easier, so we can't add anything negative so far, because in general it is a very useful tool, to hold meetings and keep up with the movements of the team.

Adobe Connect has enabled the team to come together despite the distance we have had to implement due to the pandemic. Because the application can be deployed centrally across the enterprise using an MSI-based installer for Windows users. This has made it possible for the whole team to have the application and connect from home. Since using it we have been able to hold our usual meetings, send files, solve problems and questions from colleagues and keep our productivity and workflow up to date.

Definitely the ability to pre-set multiple layouts for classes, to include setting up breakout rooms for small group activities. Not having to create these things on the fly lets me focus on what I need to during class — teaching. It’s the closest thing virtual environments can get to a well-prepped in-house lesson. I also really love the improvements that have come recently in the HTML client — I’m looking forward to the day I can be teaching in class and manipulating published Captivate files with a tablet while walking around a room of students.

The only limitation I’ve been running into are the inability to share pure HTML content in a meeting/seminar room share pod. With flash heading out, I’m very hopeful that that’s a temporary problem. Our primary authoring tool is Captivate, so I’d like to see it be a little more universal for Connect to accept Captivate’s published files. I'd also like to be able to share straight HTML without having to wrap it in a Captivate publish — if I can write HTML, I should be able to share it and let my students manipulate anything I've made. I’d also like to see smoother integration between Connect and Captivate Prime, but I haven’t tested the recent improvements to persistent room linking and I’m guessing they’ve fixed a lot of my complaints (though I believe this was more of a Prime problem than a Connect problem. Eventually, I'd like to see interactions that I set to report L2 interactions in Captivate show up in both Connect AND in Prime without any issues. Right now, I can get poll results in Connect, but this isn't enough for the changing landscape of virtual learners. If I set something to report quiz results in Captivate, I want Connect to interpret that and have it exportable to Prime so I can get all my results in one place, regardless of how I presented them to the classroom.

Lately it’s been our main tool for conducting all training in a pandemic environment. I love having the ability to use simple tools in the share pod to emphasize content and then switch to polls quickly to check understanding. We’ve also been using it to store course materials for review before publication in Prime and for archiving outdated material. It’s interface for content uploads is clean and simple — nothing gets in the way of completing tasks.

There is no way to keep my drawing when I switch from whiteboard back to my presentation. I always need to screenshot what I've drew and pasted in PowerPoint as a reference or for continuation. The network is sometimes unstable, jumping in between orange colour coverage and green.

It allows me to teach easily online and allows me to share all related documents to my audience without exposing my email contact.

I like that I can integrate music, images and interactive pods to engage my students in the learning process. I like that I can prep myself with an area that is not visible to students as well.

I dislike that I cannot change my view on mobile apps. For instance, I cannot slide my participant pod over to see if someone is in my classroom. Again, this is on mobile only.

I am able to interact and engage with my students in many ways. I can integrate presentations, videos, music to set a tone for the meeting, and chat in my classroom. There are endless ways to digitally communicate with my students in the class which I really enjoy. I like how I can also manipulate the camera size and how big it is in comparison to my other shares.

The Rooms are very flexible and I have a lot of possibilities to use in my webinar. The support is very kind and helpful.

During the Lockdown in EU there where a lot of performance problems on the server (because there were many more users on the platform). In an older version of Adobe Connect it was possible to use GIF-files. This is not possible any more and I miss this feature!

I use Webinars for more than 10 years to show interests my products and offers. I can reach people all over the world, without traveling. Safe time and money. I tried to inspire others for this solution for years now - and during the Convid-19 Lockdown all came to me and ask me to help them finde a fast solution for there problem.

We use Adobe Connect for meetings, webinars, training and providing remote support to customers. Its one solution that supports different use cases.

The Pods. I love the Files pod and the fact that I have all of the files I need to share for quick access or I can add files at a moments notice.

Audio connectivity needs work. I wish it was better quality and easier for guests to enable.

Remote training.

As a current user, I love the features it offers that rival all other platforms. Chat ponds, polls, word-cloud integration and so much more. It offers fodder for the minds eye while also driving content and engagement with participants. The support they offer is great and they are always available for questions or walkthroughs. The price is right for what they have to offer and they are always improving and listening to the customer. I honestly wish we used it more. The stable setup that can be wiped and reused is one of a kind. Creating layouts is easy and fun and you only have to do it once for each program. You are able to copy the layout and modify easily for the next class. There are so many features that you can learn to use them to their full capacity and engage folks every 2-3 minutes like you should in classroom.

My boss is now skeptical to demo or present on AC. I'm sad since we've only had a few issues with international callers, specifically Asia. We also had some issues with the new HTML5 format and reduction of Flash support. Nothing they didn't fix right away or offer to walk us through. This never hindered our relationship or access to a great platform.

Our company doesn't believe in wholly asynchronous training. Therefore, live interaction and engagement is key to driving the content.

AdobeConnect is easy to configure for basic webinars. It can do much more with a little imagination. It can utilize VoIP and/or can be interfaced with teleconferencing services. Price is significantly lower than competing products.

The worst aspect is the recording of webinars. Even though it is easy to record, to download the webinar, you actually have to replay the entire webinar. That means you have to sit through the entire 3, 4, 8 hours again to obtain the recording. Of course, you can set this after hours and walk away, which makes it tolerable. Still, I would think a streamlined download would be available.

We have done many webinars, and recorded them for future use/resale. We have even done video conferencing over AdobeConnect to live stream meetings to the web, and to have remote presenters speak to our meeting room.

The fact we can add documents to download, share our screens and make our remote trainings more interactive.

That something needs to be installed the first time someone logs in.

We are a remote company, having a powerful tool to conduct our training courses helps make our training department even better.

The more robust options for host and participants to engage and collaborate. Web conferencing has taken off in the last couple of months, and most simply offer screen sharing. There are many more features to Adobe Connect. Another problem others faced was security problems, particularly Zoom , which really benefitted from the current environment. Adobe has gone to additional lengths to improve security.

Cost. Where some platforms charge $10-20 per month, Adobe charges at minimum $50/month. This does come with the enhanced features already described, but there is a price tag to them.

It is nice to be able to edit videos, in addition to recording them. It is also nice that you can create custom layouts the personalize the experience.

Adobe Connect is a flexible platform that allows us to education thousands of professionals each year. Their service and support always seems to be top notch.

At times we've struggled with video quality issues as well as experienced network bandwidth issues when the platform was in high demand.

Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro gives me more than I usually need as it's solid and optimized software, I've been using this product for a long time, it looks great, and so far I have no flaws, and as long as I need it, it works perfectly for me without flaws. It's very rewarding.

With the cloud storage, you can record meetings with customers, employees and colleagues, the login and instant recording is easy, also performs all tasks such as screensharing, chat, voting, document sharing, etc.. without installation or configuration, because it works with any modern browser. This software was valuable to me because it helped me a lot in my work and allowed me to work better, more efficient, collaborative and effective.

Adobe Connect gives me as much as I usually need as it's a app that's built to function in a secure and streamlined way, I've been using this tool for a long time and it looks fantastic, so far I haven't had any problem as long as I had it to operate for me without disappointment. It allows for great pleasure.

The database storage helps you to keep documentation of customer, employee and colleague sessions. It also helps you to do all sorts of things such as display sharing, calls, polls, exchange documents and many more. Without the need for deployment or setup as it operates with any secure browser, by having full control of our virtual spaces, it helps us to customize our app experiences. For me, this is important software as it has been an excellent aid in my career, helping me to career more in a constructive and efficient way.
