Overall very nice (and needed idea) and it is working for me, an effortless way to create professional looking banners.

Lack of formats/sizes. Google Discover and Google PMax Sizes, that´s a must. Also for Social Media having some of these https://blog.hootsuite.com/social-media-image-sizes-guide/ would be needed It would be great to have different formats to give the possibility to have "collections", so picking up the desired formats/sizes and then that the render goes to all of them so you can have downloadable collections of banners in the same style with different sizes. It would also be great if, as part of "Collections" we could have multi-language banners, so when inputting the text, give an option to include text elements for alternative languages for my campaigns. (same banners with copy in different languages for international campaigns). For the text part it would be great to have some jarvis, wordhero, rytr type of auto-generation of alternative copies when you introduce the main idea (this is also ai so fits well with the tool), auto translation (Google Translate or DeepL Integration would also be great if the multi language banner feature gets included). Feed management, so connecting with a feed (different texts, images and be able to create banners at scale). Extra paid background removal, not a big deal as I have other tools to do this and I can import the image without bg, but adding a few free extra monthly credits would be very useful and convenient. Video (this can be a whole different animal, but especially for Google PMax where video assets are needed, it would be advantageous). More templates (the problem with the tool is that if it gets popular and there are a limited array of templates, you will quickly identify that this is an "automatic banner" created by a tool diminishing value to the brand. As many templates as possible to dilute that effect would be great. All and all I like the tool and I know there are some negative reviews out there saying it doesn´t deliver in terms of roadmap and/or real AI integration. I wish Adcreative proves them wrong and creates an excellent tool (not there yet, but it might).

In theory, AdCreative.ai will help me create stunning conversion-focused ad copy and creative.

When I tried AdCreative.ai, I found it clunky and not user friendly. Also, I found their pricing promotion to be completely misleading, as it talked about a "lifetime" discount, which I took to mean "lifetime deal". So, I was very surprised when I was charged a month after I signed up.

Theoretically, AdCreative.ai is my go-to ad creation software. I'd like to try it again.

So far I've used other banner creation tools, but I've never really been satisfied with the output and user-friendliness. AdCreative saves time and is very easy to use.

I'm still missing the needed banner-sizes. Also many bugs have not been solved since months. Not sure, if I'll use it again, as it takes too much time to get a output that is without overlapping text.

Should save a lot of time in creating professional banners for Facebook and Google Ads. Right now I'm way faster when setting some banners with other tools. So it's only helpful for inspiratin at the moment.

It takes you step by step on how to do an Ad and takes all the details you provide and places them on default locations in one of their templates. Its probably useful if its your very first time creating Ads.

I just don't feel like it provides enough template variables. Their auto-populated text doesn't do the job imo. You end up basically putting it all together yourself over their templates.

Nothing really, I used it, and it just confirmed to me that I need to do business with a designer. The app is simply spitting the same designs over and over, and the designs are ordinary.

None, the mission is nice, but it's not accomplished. It's not an AI, it's a bunch of premade templates that are shuffled.

At first it is cool, but when you dig deeper their ads are quite poor and low quality. You would be much better off using ChatGPT with your designer.

We were not impressed with this product so we just left and forgot about it, then they randomly charged our card over $300 and we noticed it on our credit card statement and they refused to refund it, despite us never using the system or using any of their ads.

They have an easy streamlined flow to bulk create high quality marketing material.

Their billing practices are simply dishonest. Deleting the credit card from your account is not enough to cancel your trial. Somehow they still manage to bill you, without warning, and for more than 100USD. They claim they offer a 100% refund policy, but when you request it, the fine print turns out to only include the last 30 days. This is probably all within the letter of the law, but it's undeniably a sleazy practice. It's unfortunate to see a great product reduced to a highly marketed legal scam.

I subscribed because I wanted to scale the production of all our ads and creatives, test several versions and get insights into what creative was performing best. I haven't really been able to test this, as I have not been able to use a single ad produced by the AdCreative algorithm.

Whenever I need to generate a creative, I need to enter a headline and a punchline (header and description), and choose the wording of your CTA. All good here. Here's where the issue starts: once I'm done, I am supposed to upload my image or use one of the many available stock images. I am not able to edit the image or move it around the canvas, so every single creative that gets generated is unusable. This is in fact a deal breaker: if the image never fits into any of the images that the engine produces, then there is no point in using AdCreative.ai. AdCreative.ai is worthless.

I became a paid user because I wanted to scale the production of my ads. The idea was to save time producing ad creatives, which is by far the most time-consuming activity I am currently responsible for.

The creatives are all the same, it's basically providing the same templates for every project you create while adding 2 of your brand colors and a single image that you need to provide. So while I was expecting that the AI will generate the entire creative based on brand colors + text to image commands. all I got were templates that doesn't look good. basically useless for us.

It didn't solve any of the problems we wanted it to crack. the outputs were low quality and templated. It's not beneficial whatsoever. What we hoped for is to be able to create ad creatives easily and quickly- didn't happen.

Facturé de 116€ pour une période d'essai que je n'ai pas pu annuler. Et surtout absolument aucun moyen de contacter un support. Je n'ai trouve ni mail, ni téléphone et aucune réponse via les réseaux sociaux.

L'outil pourrait m'être utile pour la création de diverse campagne mais le problème l'absence total de support pour répondre à mon problème de facturation me rebute totalement de son utilisation pour le moment.

Not very impressive. Canva and Creatopy do a better job at creatives. Their designs don't look like AI generated creatives, but templates.

Fraudulent transactions without notice of renewal. The account was closed 6 months ago yet I've been getting charged for it. No help from the support team either.

Nothing other than charging for something I don't need.
