I have been with AccuWebHosting.com for more than 5 years now. This figure tells you something. You stay with any service provider for such a long period only if they provide something more than you expect. I tried many SO CALLED Web Hosting giants and had a bad experience with most of them and finally approached AccuWebHosting for my hosting need. They migrated my site to their server and it was FULLY FUNCTIONAL after migration. I was really surprised because none of the previous providers did such a perfect thing for me. I accept that initially I was attracted by their cheap price. But, you stay with the provider for such a long time because of their outstanding customer support not only because of the cheap price. During these 5 years, I contacted their support team for some of the issues and they were there when I really needed. They go far extra miles to solve my issues. Apart from cheap price, they have world class customer service along with the best and up-to-date technologies. 5 Stars to AccuWebHosting!

As a beginner to Wordpress Hosting, I found the support helpful and was editting my site in no time. The CPanel was very easy to use, and transferring my info from my local-host was a snap.

I used the chat function to ask most of my questions, and would have preferred having a live person that I could talk to since I am not familiar with a lot of the technical details involved in setting up a Host, so it was a bit cumbersome for me.

The free WordPress hosting with your own domain is wonderful. There don't appear to be any major limitations for a small website without a lot of traffic, as they allow sFTP access, access to up to 10 databases and PHP source code access. They helped me install an SSH key so that my website uses HTTPS.

They do require you to submit some reviews to keep the free service, which they should state on their website, but do not as of today. Their website indicates the free account has WHM access, but it actually only has cPanel. That is enough for most things, but be aware of it. As you would expect for a free account, there is no technical support, so make sure you have some WordPress background. You also need to pay for your domain registration, but it doesn't have to be with AccuWeb. I went ahead and paid for domain registration with them as a thank you for the free hosting, though.

They provide a free website host, which can be a costly product for a hobbyist or small business. There are not many companies out there willing to provide this service.

They understand what they are doing. It's pretty easy to use, and the support is OK for the price I am paying.

Some of their static documentation needs to be upadted. For example, they allowed me to create ssh keys while my account was not eligible for ssh.

The biggest problem AccuWeb solved for me was that they allowed me to lower the cost of running my websites. It was a dramatic difference and I am very happy with the new service.

I'm using AccuWeb Hosting to host my business websites. The benefits are numerous because having a stable online presence is an absolute necessity in today's world.

How quickly support staff answered. Had to get permissions changed for some code to work - and emailed support - changes were done and working within the hour.

Not all that excited about the website panel, since it changed UI, takes some time to get around. Also wish could come up with one bill for all the services/accounts we have.

The service is very reliable. There is almost no downtime if any at all. Customer service reps reply in a relatively timely manner even on weekends. They run cPanel on their linux servers which is the best control panel Ive ever used.

If you are on their free wordpress hosting they do not allow you to change your domain if it expires which leads to your account being susepnded/inactive.

I opted for the Forex VPS 1 and it was super easy to setup though it took about an hour to have it setup. Great and fast support while I had an issue.

Free trial was not available to test it... though they did suggest a 7 day cash back offer. My requirement was pretty basic.

I needed as 24x7 online VPS with 100% uptime and very less latency. Though I just got started, it looks pretty stable. Time should tell.

The ticket system works really well in this case. The responses were timely and very human. Clearly there was a person at the other end. Also, the automatied follow up was timely and very well done.
