The new UI is taking time to get used to in some areas especially around projects but it is definitely cleaner than before.
We are managing our projects, managing work, customers, g-suite integration, timesheets and project charter and gantt charts.
It is effortless to use, customizable too. It shows client portal features, projects that you are collaborating on
Accelo is sometimes overly complicated and lacks what you would consider as basic features. And the constant changes it goes through also makes it had to keep up with the newer features.
The integration of all projects that a client is assigned can all be managed on Accelo - timesheeting, project management, project cost tracking, and so much more.
The time tracking is one of my favorite, you have to start the timer and stop whenever you are done with something....no need for sticky notes to remember another one is the work category....within the same project we can separately manage different teams like seo, dev, ads-department with each one having its own branch.....that makes the sheets clean and very accessible for everyone
User-Interface wise its still emerging. there's a board group on which we can request features...which copes up all the cons.
One of the thing its helps us a lot at time tracking for all different department branches and individuals that makes billing tracking very fluent
What I like best with Accelo is that the system is trustworthy and very useful to store data for the long term.
I am responsible for scheduling part of our business, and I wish that we can see how the budget will move if we schedule the team for month or for longer term.
Accelo provides me insights into the project we create, very helpful for my reporting. Another thing I realized is that it can be linked to multiple account apps of Xero.
I don't have to think that much about submitting my time every week. The whole process is straightforward and self-explanatory.
If I make a mistake in entering time, clearing out the hours in the weekly timesheet feels like it takes way more steps than necessary. From what I can tell, I need to enter 0 on a day, then a popup opens up where I need to make the change again, then save it. This is much less convenient than entering time where I can just type in '8h' tab and then it does all of the filling in automatically. I would also like to submit hours in advance if I am going on vacation in the near future, but that may be an Admin setting that's just not enabled right now. Maybe allowing certain timesheets to be future-enterable would be beneficial so that only vacation time can be entered in the future.
Just entering time for me. But it's really easy compared to all of the other tools I've used.
Putting in time against project/ticket/retainer is easy and you are able to track if you are under or over budget
To change status for Projects is a bit of a pain. I had to go to each project to change status instead of doing it seamlessly in the project list.

Xero integration is messy, discipline is hard.
Remote teams are better connected.
Accelo was a great tool for our growing team. It scaled well.
There are a lot of clicks to get what you need done.
Definitely tracking team time and bandwidth.
You can create a custom process to fit your business. You can see all the hours logged on a project and where the time is spent.
I can't create custom buckets/categories for cards in a board view.
Taking too many hours to complete tasks, knowing total hours spent on projects, knowing when invoices are sent and paid.
Accelo is constantly updated, and the expansion of reporting and customization has allowed us to gather more operational data.
We aren't able to create a workflow that fits 100% of our needs due to the limitations of certain rules and configurations, however our options have expanded since we first signed on. We do wish that there were more options to automate repeating tasks.
Accelo's recent reporting options have allowed us to gather much more data which has allowed us to configure KPIs. Additionally, it has helped us track hours in a very detailed manner, which will help us ensure all of our work is profitable.

Graph design and automated statistics based on the tracking of prospect activity allows for better development of marketing campaigns
Powerful software but not very flexible Campaigns run in previous programs require a total redesign because they do not prove to be compatible with the formats in which Accelo operates. The somewhat steep learning curve, the application is quite technical in design and is not favorable with new users if they want to use this tool
Accelo allows my organic team to the organization of crucial customer information. Information that is so necessary for successful marketing campaigns. The platform gives us a complete view of the customer from any location and device, which allows us to approach their interests more effectively. Easy to use interface, its software will enable me to properly study the data of potential customers in graphs and statistics segmented in great detail. Information provided by an AI that can track customer activity
As a digital agency, this was a great project management tool, and allowed us to track time easily and manage team members schedules. As the time tracking / log was inaccelo and not an add-on of other software it was pretty seamless. By far the best time & task tracking platform I could find.
Licence fees can add up if you have several team members using several modules, in the end, we needed almost everyone to have access to all the modules. I think implementation support is necessary and depending on your team, premium support may bed needed as the "free support " responses times vary.
In our business the times tracking was very important, and quickly I could see exactly where resources were wasted and which projects need attention. With the clarity on all of the key metric I was able to quickly adjust the operations.

Would like to have more function on the mobile app. ie ability to upload more than one photo at a time.

I love that everything is in one place, and I can find the things that I need instead of bothering a team member or a team member bothering me for information. I also like that Accelo continues to improve user experience as well as listens to what the users want and then implement other features in the service to roll out to continue to stay relevant.
I don't particularly like that I can't sort by MONTH something is supposed to go live. Instead, we have to sort alphabetically and move it chronologically by date just in my specific department.
All of our calendars are in one place, and we can work a lot more efficiently and effectively. I also can see all the communication with a client before I actually talk to them so I can see what was last spoken about or fully understnad the account which is something that I truly benefit from in both looking professional and saving time so I don't have to bother another team member.
Accelo is a platform that is responsible for optimizing customer service processes, as it has functions that not only unify teamwork within the company but also is responsible for maintaining an automatic tracking of files, notes and emails from customers through custom fields thus achieving a complete management from start to finish thanks to its multiple integrations with other platforms, mainly maintaining customer satisfaction
Although Accelo is a platform that is fully complete, I consider that it should use real-time notifications as it would facilitate a little the work in the relationship with customers, just as I dislike the way that when uploading goals, you can not attach them to the tags until after they are uploaded
We mainly started implementing Accelo within the company because of its extensive integration with other applications to strengthen CRM functions, the ability to plan and generate reports unified in a single tool, the main difficulty that we presented within the company which was the visibility of emails was eradicated with the integration that Accelo has with G-suite which gives us an easy synchronization where the monitoring of customer interactions is much more effective

The program is not easy to learn how to handle all its tools in a short time. Accelo is not as affordable for those companies that are in their first year of operation. The user help videos are not updated properly, sometimes the videos of the last version of the software are still there
Our entire team was able to learn more about Accelo because of the learning videos they provide, the training is optimal and everyone can use the tools with ease. Accelo's automation gives us the option to spend more time with our clients. We make use of almost all of the tools for tracking our projects, tracking status along with tracking hours and expenses. We have been able to use the program from devices such as Android and Macs.
